I love this App. It’s user friendly and motivating. It provides useful information in real time and shows trends that help support my fitness journey. My only frustration is the constant marketing. Although I understand their need to do so.

Really glad it’s been helpful and supportive for your fitness journey. And thanks for mentioning the marketing, and that feedback matters. If the promotions feel excessive, you can always send us a report from the app so we can look into it: Menu → scroll down → Report a problem → Send.

I absolutely love this app
I absolutely love this app. It helps me even when I don’t notice how stressed I am. It’s wonderful.

That’s really great to hear. Sometimes the most helpful moments are those in which the data catches what we don’t consciously notice. Glad it’s been useful for you. 🥰

I have Sjogren’s Disease and this app rocks!
I have Sjogren’s Disease and this app has truly helped me with the knowledge it provides. It helps me understand my body. Every time I’m drained, the app confirms it and helps me understand the cause. I also learned about how exercising too much often lowers my immune system and that’s when I catch colds. There is so much more. I love and rely on this app so much!

Thank you for sharing this. It means a lot to hear that the app helps you make sense of what your body is doing. 💖 The connection you’ve noticed between overexertion and getting sick is exactly the kind of pattern that’s powerful to understand. Really glad it’s been useful for you.

A real game-changer for pattern-tracking with chronic illness
Welltory has been legitimately useful for me—especially living with chronic illness and migraines/autonomic ups and downs. The biggest win is how it pulls my health signals together (Apple Health/Watch, sleep, activity) and helps me see patterns I’d miss otherwise: when stress is building, when recovery is slipping, and when I’m heading toward a flare or migraine-y day.
I use it like a “nervous system dashboard.” It’s helped me pace myself, stop pushing on days my body is clearly tapped out, and make better choices around rest, exertion, and recovery. Over time, it’s improved my awareness and decision-making in a way that’s actually practical—not just interesting data.
Is it perfect? No. A single reading can be weird sometimes, so I don’t obsess over one measurement. But if you use it consistently, the trend picture is powerful.
One tip: keep an eye on subscription/auto-renew settings so there are no surprises.
Bottom line: if you’re data-driven and want real insight into how stress, sleep, and activity affect your body—this app can be a big help.

This is incredibly thoughtful. Thank you for your review.
Using it as a kind of nervous system dashboard is such a grounded way to approach it. The pacing piece you mentioned (catching buildup before a flare instead of reacting after) is where this kind of tracking really matters. And you’re absolutely right about trends over single readings. That long-view awareness is what turns data into something practical.
Really appreciate you sharing both the strengths and the realistic expectations.

Fantastic work
Fantastic work, so far! I use Welltory daily along with Apple Health, MacroFactor, MacroWorkouts, and Insight Timer. Since I became a lifetime user a few years ago, Welltory added 5 helpful features: health scores based on heart rate variability (this often predicts when I will be sick, it shows I didn’t recover from workouts by a lowered score), battery (how much energy I have for the day), stress (provides specific times where body stress increased/ decreased throughout the day), sleep (analyzes sleep score, wake ups, breathing and heart rate, providing future sleep needed), and activity (shows periods of sedentary activity, active time, intense time, steps, calories burned, METs, longevity and weekly recommended intensity per scientific reports). I look at these 5 features daily. They updated workout reports to include a section to show how you felt during the workout and add in variables such as emotions, physical sensations, and other things such as drinking coffee. It shows heart rate zones, targets, and fat burned. These top reports are at the very top of the in-app screen. As you scroll down, in my opinion, the “insights” area is unhelpful— this is what Welltory originally started off with. The most helpful insight that I forget to check is the “your heart rate variability means…”. I wish that was moved to the top so I’d remember to check it.
Suggestions to improve:
1) Help give users suggestions on how to reduce stress levels
2) More personalized reports on daily goals & training zones (this section is unhelpful at the moment). How do I improve? Suggested workouts?
3) improve or remove the “insights area”. Suggestions are often repeated (listen to classical music to relax, move report for me usually says “let’s try to step up cardio”, etc.

Thank you for taking the time to lay this out so clearly. Your UI feedback is thoughtful and practical. That shift from descriptive analytics to prescriptive guidance is something many experienced users want. Feedback like yours helps highlight exactly where that evolution should happen. Really appreciate the balanced perspective: what works, what doesn’t, and what would make it meaningfully better.

This app is helping me track my health…
This app is helping me track my health at its best. I like the way the data is presented - graphic and simple explanation giving me consistent information on my overall wellbeing. Showed data are pretty accurate, especially stress level. It is useful as it tracks and connects data from different apps.
Response from WelltoryFeb 26, 2026
Thank you for your review! That’s really good to hear. When the data actually lines up with how your body feels, it becomes something you can trust and use, and not just numbers on a screen. Keep tracking and connecting the dots; that awareness compounds over time. 😎

Great App for tracking one’s wellbeing.
I’ve only had Welltory for 3 weeks and I’m loving it. I love the fact that’s it’s scientifically based and I can get a snapshot of how I’m doing throughout the day.
Having survived 3 heart attacks 2 years ago and having had a stent fitted and being lucky enough not to have any damage to my heart, I am taking my health a little more seriously. I’m 65 this year and this app is helping me to do just that.
I love the user interface. If I want to dive deep into the science I can. But I don’t have to as I can get a snapshot of how I’m doing at any time.
I originally bought a years subscription and after 10 days swapped it for a lifetime subscription. Welltory sent me a notification to say I could get a refund on my yearly subscription as it was within 14 days of purchase. Had they not notified me I would not have known this. So thank you Welltory.
I love the snippets of useful information that pop up whilst one is taking a pulse reading.
I love the fact that the algorithms builds a picture over time on what is ‘my ’ normal which will be different to another users normal.
If you’re looking to improve your health, this app will certainly assist you.

Thank you for sharing this, and what a journey you’ve been through. 🫶
The fact that you’re taking such an active role in your health after everything you’ve experienced is genuinely inspiring. Using data to stay aware and proactive at this stage of life is powerful. Wishing you steady progress and many strong, healthy years ahead.

It gets things wrong
It gets things wrong. I may spend a peaceful day and be listed as ultra stress. Though I paid $99 was constantly pitched to buy more programs. Have 14-days to cancel. after that you can cancel after a year, when contract ends.

Hi, thanks for writing this. The app bases its assessment on HRV and nervous system signals, which don’t always match how a day feels subjectively. Please, read about HRV here https://help.welltory.com/collections/1946673-. Regarding subscription terms and in-app offers, we’d also like to look at your specific case. Please send us a report from the app: Menu → scroll down → Report a problem → Send, so we can check your subscription details.
