The stress application is amazing ! It really shows what is going on! I recommend to add altitud to the equation because sometimes is influenced by this and it doesn’t offer ir.

Thank you! We’re glad the stress insights have been useful. Your suggestion about altitude is helpful, and we’ll pass it along to the team. Have you noticed the readings change when you travel to higher elevations, or do you experience this where you live?

I’ve been using Welltory for years now after my doctor recommended it to help track my HRV for my chronic illness. Honestly, the wellness score/ heart report, and body battery have their value, and they’re the main reason I still use the app. But once you get past those few core features, it feels lacking. Even though I pay $99 a year, I still get constantly pestered with pop-ups trying to sell me a lifetime subscription or other services, which is to me is a bad look and gives it a cash grab look. The extra features like the daily "fuel tanks" and sleep meditations just feel kind of gimmicky (more for entertainment) and don't add much value, especially when free apps like Bevel give you way more data. I also find it a little weird that they have so many reviews but almost no social media presence, and I've heard it's a nightmare to cancel if you subscribe directly through their website. Overall, it’s a fine app that does what my doctor mentioned it for, but it definitely has some annoyances and places where it could be better. This review was prompted through the app, as I was directed here because they stated they started “a new TrustPilot review program”

Thank you for sharing both what’s useful and what’s frustrating. Repeated upgrade offers can get tiring when you already pay for Premium. You can hide in-app promotional banners through Menu → Settings → Promo. If offers keep appearing after that, please let us know so we can check (Menu — scroll down — Report a problem). We also hear you about the fuel tanks and sleep meditations. We’ll share your feedback with the team, including your preference for more useful data and fewer interruptions. Comparing Welltory with other apps is reasonable, because the value needs to make sense for your needs. We’re active on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/welltory/, Threads https://www.threads.com/@welltory, and Reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/welltory/, where we share updates, talk with our community, and respond promptly to questions. We’d love for you to follow us and join the conversations there. For subscriptions purchased directly from Welltory, you can cancel automatic renewal through your web account. Our subscription guide https://help.welltory.com/articles/3376353- explains how. Direct subscriptions and App Store subscriptions are managed separately, which can cause confusion. If cancellation isn’t working, our support team can help (Menu — scroll down — Report a problem). We appreciate you sharing what keeps you using Welltory and what makes the experience less enjoyable.

Don’t waste the money I’ve used this app for a few years to help track heart rate metrics for autoimmune, chronic illness, dysautonomia purposes to be able to use the data at my doctors appts to advocate for myself and my health. Outside of that, it’s NOT something the average everyday person needs. There’s plenty of other fitness/calorie tracking apps for athletes, you don’t *need* this app for anything special. Also, literally today, I saw a Welltory ad on social media CLAIMING this app can flag migraine attacks 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂 again, I’ve been using this app FOR YEARS with migraine attacks 2x/month minimum .. hundreds of migraine attacks. This app has LITERALLY NEVER EVER flagged an oncoming migraine flare/attack. NEVER. So now they’re falsely advertising what the app can/will do on social media to steal more peoples’ money. *Edit to add: this is being tagged as “unprompted review”. I was absolutely prompted while scrolling the Welltory app “We’ve just started using TrustPilot. Please give us a review” .. yet another lie they’re putting out there. I’m betting MOST of these “unprompted” reviews were actually prompted by Welltory. By the looks of it, the reviews are not going the way they were expecting 🤣😂

Thank you for explaining how you’ve used Welltory over the years. We’re glad the data has helped you advocate for yourself at appointments, and we respect that you may not recommend the app to everyone. To clarify, Welltory isn’t a medical app and cannot diagnose or predict migraines. It doesn’t have a feature that flags an upcoming attack. Migraine examples in our ads illustrate patterns people may explore by comparing logged symptoms with stress, HRV, sleep, and activity. Those associations don’t establish a cause or predict the next migraine. Regarding the “unprompted” label, Trustpilot assigns that label, and we have no control over it. We understand that you wrote your review after seeing our invitation in the app. For clarification about how these labels are applied, please contact Trustpilot directly. Our invitation welcomes honest feedback, including criticism.

I canceled this app over two years ago through my Apple account and have continued to be charged because I didn’t also cancel the subscription on their website! When I asked for my money back because I haven’t used this app and was charged even after I canceled they play stupid and just keep instructing me to log back in. When I did go to the app to see why I was charged they say I only have the free version. But I was charged 99$ . This company sucks!

Thank you for your feedback. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel the renewal. If you purchased directly from Welltory, you must also cancel the subscription directly—canceling through Apple won’t stop that renewal. Our subscription guide https://help.welltory.com/articles/3376353- explains the steps for each purchase method. For security, we can only handle subscription requests from the Welltory account used for the purchase. If you’ve already contacted us from that account, please check our replies in Menu → Recent Conversations. If you’ve disputed the charge with your bank, please wait for its decision. Once a dispute is underway, the bank manages that process.

I love this app for tracking my activity, energy, and wellness levels while living with an autoimmune disorder. I’ve been using it for a year now. It’s very helpful with tracking and predicting triggers and crashes. However, I am less pleased with its ability to track strenuous workouts (strength training, barre, etc.) that don’t always raise heart rate to cardiac workout zones. It’s a little demoralizing to get a message that the day is early and it’s time to move after completing a successful work out. Plus, the visual showing active METS will show that I’m above reaching my active minutes, while another chart will simultaneously show that I’m falling into Detraining zones. That’s a little confusing. Otherwise, I would have given this app 5 stars for all of the amazing information (and explanations) it gives.

Thank you for spending a year with Welltory and for sharing how you use it while living with an autoimmune condition. Glad it’s helped you notice patterns in your energy and activity. You’re right that a demanding strength or barre session may not raise your heart rate the way a cardio workout does. The Activity Report still counts that movement toward Active Time and Active METs. The Longevity Progress chart looks at a different measure: how much higher-intensity activity you’ve accumulated relative to your usual level. That’s why one chart can show plenty of activity while another says “Detraining.” It doesn’t mean your workout didn’t count or that you should push harder on a day when you feel unwell. This guide explains the two measures: https://help.welltory.com/articles/11610029-.

I enjoyed the application when it was working well. It stopped working well for me some months ago. Sleep data has not been uploaded for several months. Now movement data is also not being recorded. I have followed the steps recommended by the help team but the issues have not resolved. It’s disappointing to have paid for a product that doesn’t work.

We’re sorry this has been frustrating. We’ve released version 4.62.0, which fixes this issue. Please update Welltory and check how it works the following day. If anything still looks wrong, send us a report through Menu → scroll to the bottom → Report a problem and include screenshots. We’ll take another look on our side.
