The stress application is amazing
The stress application is amazing ! It really shows what is going on! I recommend to add altitud to the equation because sometimes is influenced by this and it doesn’t offer ir.

Awesome for People with Autoimmune Diseases
I love this app for tracking my activity, energy, and wellness levels while living with an autoimmune disorder. I’ve been using it for a year now. It’s very helpful with tracking and predicting triggers and crashes. However, I am less pleased with its ability to track strenuous workouts (strength training, barre, etc.) that don’t always raise heart rate to cardiac workout zones. It’s a little demoralizing to get a message that the day is early and it’s time to move after completing a successful work out. Plus, the visual showing active METS will show that I’m above reaching my active minutes, while another chart will simultaneously show that I’m falling into Detraining zones. That’s a little confusing. Otherwise, I would have given this app 5 stars for all of the amazing information (and explanations) it gives.

Thank you for spending a year with Welltory and for sharing how you use it while living with an autoimmune condition. Glad it’s helped you notice patterns in your energy and activity. You’re right that a demanding strength or barre session may not raise your heart rate the way a cardio workout does. The Activity Report still counts that movement toward Active Time and Active METs. The Longevity Progress chart looks at a different measure: how much higher-intensity activity you’ve accumulated relative to your usual level. That’s why one chart can show plenty of activity while another says “Detraining.” It doesn’t mean your workout didn’t count or that you should push harder on a day when you feel unwell. The app is wonderful
The app is wonderful. It helps me to record my blood pressure and keep up with my stress levels since I’ve had a mini stroke in the last 90 days. I enjoy having the feature of monitoring specifically for 1 to 3 hours as I am with Therapist and I’d like to see my stress levels as I work with my different clients. Everything about this app for me was great. I do wish the premium was less expensive:{

If I paid for the app
If I paid for the app, I shouldn't have to look at a nag screen constantly.

Motivating app, but needs some tweaking
I’ve used this software for just over a year. I’ve found that it’s a great way to keep me motivated to keep moving. While it does keep me on track, I’m confused by some of the daily goals, as they seem contradictory. As an example, after several days of hard (for me, a 68 year old woman) exercising, my goal is no exercise (take a day off!), but the calorie goal is still elevated. I have to exercise in order to reach that goal. I did renew for another year, although it was difficult to navigate to the site and figure out the auto- renewal date…a warning and link would be useful. Also, the constant pop-ups suggesting a lifetime subscription are annoying.

The Exercise and Move goals are separate: a zero Exercise goal means avoiding intentional cardio, while you can reach Move calories through light everyday activity and shouldn’t need a hard workout. If the calorie target seems unusually high, please send us a bug report with screenshots (Menu → scroll down → Report a problem). We also appreciate your feedback about making the renewal date easier to find. To disable lifetime offers, go to Menu → Settings → Promo → Special offers. If the issue continues afterward, please send us a bug report so we can investigate.

A genuine mixed bag of great & bewildering
I’m really impressed with their trying to make health data understandable. I’m not impressed with the assistance to understand as it seems to be a mixture of solid info juxtaposed with assumptions re clinical savvy. Whoop, Welltory, sleep cycle and even apple health are all trying to help but I don’t find any really land for someone wanting to learn but with no clinical background. It’s all very frustrating but I keep trying and persevering.

I like all the information it gives
I like all the information it gives. I’ve only had it about a week so I’m still learning about all the information it has. I look forward to checking it each day. The only problem is I get different readings on my iPad and iPhone. They should be the same.

The data on your iPhone and iPad may differ if you’re signed in to different Welltory accounts. Please check that both devices use the same account and sign-in method. Also, not all iPad models support or connect to Apple Health, so some health and activity data available on your iPhone may not sync to your iPad.

Very disappointing
Update: Welltory reconsidered my case and issued me a full refund. I really appreciate that they took the time to look at the situation again and resolve it. Thank you to the Welltory team for listening and making things right. I’m very happy with how this was ultimately resolved. ---------------------------------- Very disappointing My subscription then auto-renewed for $99. I contacted Welltory four days later and offered to give up access immediately, but they refused a refund because their refund window is only 2 days (sometimes 3). A 2-day refund window for a $99 annual subscription is extremely customer-unfriendly. I won’t be subscribing again.
