Thank you for your feedback. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel the renewal. If you purchased directly from Welltory, you must also cancel the subscription directly—canceling through Apple won’t stop that renewal. Our subscription guide https://help.welltory.com/articles/3376353- explains the steps for each purchase method. For security, we can only handle subscription requests from the Welltory account used for the purchase. If you’ve already contacted us from that account, please check our replies in Menu → Recent Conversations. If you’ve disputed the charge with your bank, please wait for its decision. Once a dispute is underway, the bank manages that process.

Sorry the pricing wasn’t clear. On the App Store, $9.99 per month is the annual price broken down monthly, not a monthly subscription option. The annual plan is charged upfront, which is why you saw a charge of about $119. We understand why that was an unwelcome surprise. If you requested a refund through Apple, Apple will review it and update you on the status. If you’re unsure where the purchase was made, please contact us through Menu → scroll to the bottom → Report a problem, and we’ll help you check.

Please be assured that we never intentionally delay cancellation or refund requests, because resolving user concerns is extremely important to us. For security reasons, we cannot process requests or disclose account details when someone contacts us from an email address that is not linked to the relevant Welltory account. If you wrote to us from a different email than the one used to create your Premium account and purchase the subscription, we won’t be able to locate or change that subscription. This is why our team has been asking you to contact us from the correct account or confirm whether you used another email, Google, or Apple to sign in. Please note that we don’t currently offer phone support. Our support team assists users through the Welltory app and by email, as these channels allow us to verify account ownership securely and properly investigate each request. The simplest way to proceed is to sign in to your Premium account and send us a report directly from the app via Menu → scroll down → Report a problem → Send. Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re sorry the subscription renewal came as an unpleasant surprise. We never want users to feel caught off guard by a charge. Subscription terms, including the trial period, renewal price, and renewal date, are shown during the purchase flow and are also managed through the app store or payment provider used for the purchase. Deleting the app doesn’t automatically cancel a subscription, so cancellation needs to be done separately in the subscription settings. That said, we completely understand how frustrating this situation must have felt, and we’re glad our support team was able to help you cancel it. That's frustrating, and it makes sense why it feels off — our thresholds are based on general population norms, they don't know your personal medical history or that your cardiologist has already evaluated and cleared this. It's a real limitation, not us second-guessing your doctor. Feedback like this helps us think about how to handle known, monitored conditions better going forward.

I'm sorry you're dealing with a relapse, and I hear you — energy scores built for general wellness genuinely don't capture what CFS actually feels like day to day, that's a real gap, not you using it wrong. We are working on more condition-aware guidance for exactly this.
