They haven't got back with me with a orthopedic consultant. I been waiting for almost two weeks.

This place ruined my life. I entered into this HMO for 5 star review and to save money and and now in hell nightmare. With no end. They put me with 3rd party authorization co ( Seoul Medical Group) that has denied me access to all medical care, even emergency care. I've been put in hold for hours and then hung up on. Medicare won't help me since WellCare has 5 star review - with no admitting of the welfare scum they shoved me into as third party authorization. They won't help me, neither will Medicare, nor SS. I've BEEN DENIED ACCESS TO ANY MEDICAL CARE, Even CRUCIAL CARE. BETWEEN SEVERAL MO WAIT AND DRIVE 2HR THAT I CANT DO. NOR THE INS CO NOR MEDICARE HELPING ME, THEY PLAN TO KILL ME AND YOU ALSO. ENDLESS ON HOLD AND HUNG UP ON. MUST GET LAWYER. FIREARMS SEEM EASIER, BUT NOT REALISTIC IN CA. THEY'RE OUT TO KILL ME SO ITS NOT EXCEPT YOU EITHER. SS wanting to do review and have no access to drs. They are all terrorists. But I wont dIe for them, which is what they want Now I need lawyer, I didn't used to. For the stupid mistake of chosing an HMO to save money. STAY AWAY FROM WELLCARE AS THEY'RE A BAIT AND SWITCH TO THE NAZI PD TERRORISTS BROUGHT TO YOU BY THE CONGRESS. STAY AWAY.

Wellcare changed my PCP without my knowledge. When I tried to renew my BP meds, my doctor could not help me because she was no longer my PCP. I spent HOURS on the phone with fools from the Philippines who couldn't find their asses with both hands. No one had the same answer 2X in a row. I tried to cancel my policy and they won't cancel it until open enrollment. I still can't get my scripts. Don't walk, RUN away from this company! Now, they won't stop calling me all hours of the day and night. Even when I told them my job was in jeopardy from being on the phone so long with them, THEY DON'T CARE AND KEEP CALLING ME! I finally had to block them so I don't lose my job.

My account has been fully paid. WellCare says no- even after I checked the auto-debit successfully taken out of my account. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES. They take your money yet deny coverage.

I recently called Wellcare requesting the status of a referral to a specialist. Well, the fun began...first getting past the automated to a live person. I am an American and I speak ENGLISH and I was greeted in Spanish and told the girl that I don't speak Spanish and asked to speak to a representative in the USA. She agreed and I then got Irish in the Philippines. Once again asking to speak to someone in the USA and I got Alexander in Georgia. I could understand her and she commenced to put my ID number into her system. I had to repeat at least five times my ID number and she couldn't bring up my account!!! I had a seminar to attend and had already been on the phone for twenty minutes so I nicely asked her to call me and leave a message if the referral was completed. OF COURSE, NO CALL BACK! With Health Net Gold I could call Membership and I got a live human being and they directed me according to my needs, or they could answer my concerns. Oh, yes, and I was very easily brought up on their system. Even though it's NOT Open Enrollment I want to change my provider due to this company being a joke and very frustrating to their clients.

A licensed insurance agent signed me up for wellcare Medicare insurance her name is Lisa Sampson told me I would get a 85.00$ otc benefit but when I went online to use it I only got 35.00$ otc benefit. I called her 4 weeks ago and she was going to call me back that day, it didn't happen. I called wellcare ins company more than 8 times but they kept transferring me to a number that nobody answered. This lady Lisa Sampson is not honest she only wants her commission and leave you hanging. Wellcare is just as dishonest as Lisa Sampson. I'm looking for a new insurance company today.🐣

If you want a benchmark for the lowest quality service, dealing with this company will provide you with one. Talking to someone who is proficient in English is not an option. I require a specific medication for a condition I have. When I signed up for Wellcare, I made certain they provided it. In reality, they refused to provide the drug because they claimed it is not intended for treatment of that condition. A simple Google search provides ample evidence to the contrary. During my last conversation, minutes ago, with the same Asian girl I spoke with yesterday, a dog kept barking in the background. Where are these "offices"? I am done with this company, and would advise anyone considering signing up with it to look elsewhere. Now my biggest concern is where my information will end up when this sham of a company goes belly-up, and it will. I gave a single star because I couldn't give less.

My complaint is identical to the one below but I will add that NONE or virtually NONE speak English. Once I called them and heard a chicken in the background. Rep asked me if that bothered me when I questioned his whereabouts. Don't like speaking to third world countries regarding my health plan or lack of a decent one.
