Today I filed an appeal for drug I absolutely need after having terrible adverse effects from a drug that is on plan and the one I need being excluded. The service was amazing, they listened to every word I said, filed the appeal for me and replied quickly allowing me to use my prescription plan for this drug. I am very grateful to Wellcare and hope that more experiences like this are reported not just complaining.

So glad Blue Cross/Blue Shield dropped Texas as they were a hazzle to deal with and too expensive. We went to WellCare care for about 1/2 price and a company that is people friendly with agents we can understand. Cant say enough good things about WellCare!!

After several hang ups as soon as I begin to speak with an agent was frustrating. I just wanted to cancel the recent changes to my health insurance plan. Since I began trying to cancel I went through approximately 15 separate agents over the course of about 7 days. Wellcare has been an outstanding Medicare Prescription Drug Plan. I am so grateful for the low cost, high quality, and good customer service. In particular, Gyjuana was kind, understanding, and effective in helping me with an appeal for a drug that was not part of their formulary.

I am so freaking happy with my Wellcare Part D plan! I honestly can't believe all the bad reviews. Wellcare decided to cover a drug I require for a very rare neuromuscular disease. The list price of this drug is between $150,000 and $360,000 per year, but it'll only cost me about $2,000. I can't thank Wellcare enough and the service personnel I spoke to were extremely nice and helpful. I can obviously only talk about my experience, but right now I'm delighted with this company.

I can only speak to Wellcare's Medicare Part D coverage, as that is all I know of them, so far. I received a thorough and easily understood report of everything to do with my coverage once a month by mail. Other than that, I had no interaction with Wellcare and there were no problems with getting my prescriptions refilled at a very low co-pay. Based on this experience, I am considering switching to Wellcare's Dual Complete SNP plan from the horrible SNP I just started with United Healthcare.
