I 'almost' signed up with this joke of a co. but wasn't able to get anyone to answer my phone call that I could understand to move forward. This is going to be hard to believe but I was actually on hold through various channels with them for -THREE HOURS-, to the minute. I just kept my mobile phone on speaker while doing other things during that time. Two times a person came on but I had an extremely hard time understanding what they were saying other than an OK? at the end of their sentence. I finally just said 'OK' to see where that went but that took me directly to being on hold again waiting for ???, I never did find out. The last time I had a voice on the other end, the squeaky music stopped and then two people came on talking to each other in mostly mumbles and terribly broken english, I never did know if they were attempting to talk to me or not. Then I got disconnected. This whole ordeal lasted three hours! People, you'd do yourself a favor by looking elsewhere. I can't even imagine the problems one would have in trying to resolve any kind of a problem with these people once enrolled with them. Thankfully/luckily I didn't get signed up.

There really should be a ZERO stars option for this outfit. They jumped the price of my part D Supplement from $20 to $70. I submitted a switch to a different plan. They denied it because they say they don't have my Medicare ID. After about 15 hours of horrible phone calls still nothing. Disgusting! Avoid this outfit if you can. A big problem is that there is no way to communicate with them. Their agents must all be off shore. Of about a dozen I had to deal with only one spoke somewhat understandable English. Also the phone connections are totally inadequate. Most of the time all you hear is some distorted, vague mumbling sound.

I sent in a letter to cancel my coverage as of 10/31/2021. Wellcare would not allow this and DENIED my cancellation request. I further requested that no further ACH payments be withdrawn from my bank. Wellcare DENIED my request and at that point ILLEGALLY WITHOUT PERMISSION TOOK MORE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!!! The reason for the initial cancellation was due to Wellcare canceling the plan that I was on and putting me into a plan that had a fee of 300% more without my permission. Wellcare is holding me and my bank account hostage and 60 days later still refuses to cancel my coverage and ACH. Pathetic as it is, they are blaming Medicare. BEWARE!!!

A word of warning: Nobody will help you if you call customer service. If you need assistance with anything other than what you can access yourself on the website or the automated phone menu, good luck. Don't expect the customer service reps to understand and/or want to help you. In my case, WellCare took over Care1st/OneCare in AZ and what followed was a labrynthine web of toll-free numbers based on two (? maybe more) continents with people that can't understand you let alone help you. I'm not kidding-- it took them 4 months to fix a simple legacy username issue I was experiencing on the web portal. I got a lot of "we can't change usernames" (?) and escalations with no promised callbacks. Think about that-- it took them MONTHS to fix a mere username issue. Imagine how much they could screw up their actual line of business. I could go on and on about billing/coverage issues, but there's not enough space here or time in my life. TLDR; Awful, AWFUL poorly-run company. You're on your own and on the hook. Medicare should sanction them. Don't enroll, because anything mentioned in these reviews can and will happen to you. You've been warned.

When calling the 800. (844) to ask for a quote it took 3 minutes before they picked up the phone and then the call got dropped ..of they can't even respond to people that are interested in their product how are they going to handle customer service ....very bad...I would not even think of using this company
