PluflReviews of weareplufl.com

I came to TrustPilot first to make sure this company was legitimate and they sure checked out! I initially ordered the cooling body pillow and then saw the deal on the cooling comforter and let me just say that both of them were definitely worth the investment. Especially the cooling comforter. I didn’t realize that I slept hot until I had this comforter. It’s made such a huge difference!

They have a great selection and they are very helpful and quick to respond if you have any problems with your order!

Quick efficient customer service. I have enjoyed my plufl immensely. I suffer from nosebleeds and I requested an additional cover they responded within hours and I happily placed my order. That’s why I gave them a five star review

Ordered the Hugl cooling body pillow less than a year ago and the cover tore and pilled terribly. Reached out to customer service and sent photos but because i could not locate my original invoice they said there was nothing they could do and I could only purchase a new cover. THe quality of the cover is very poor and I would not purchase another one at the $80 price point. Pufl customer service did not even offer a discount as the bare minimum for a replacement. Poor quality product and poor customer service.

my human dog bed feels like a big hug!

This is the best best body pillow! Keeps my cool and comfortable all night! The customer service was top notch and I would recommend to anyone

Plufl sent me a used body pillow (gross). When I reached out to them to arrange a full refund, they understandably requested photo evidence which I provided. After several weeks and my continuous follow-up emails, they finally stated that I would be sent a full refund (no restocking fee). I asked about a free return shipping label and they said I did not need to return the pillow. They told me that they would expedite the refund and that I would receive it within 15 days. I’m not sure how 15 days is “expediting” anything but after weeks of waiting on a decision about whether I was even getting a refund, I decided to just be happy with the news. Companies will often over inflate the amount of time it takes for a refund to hit your account, so I expected to receive the money in well under the 15 days. To be clear, Plufl is not the size of an Amazon or a Walmart, yet they were constantly making it seem like every return process needed to run through a massive departmental chain of command. It’s ridiculous. On the 15th day I still had not received a refund and when I email them to ask where it is, all I’m getting is what looks like boilerplate “apology for the delay” responses. They have been stringing me along for over 2 months. Now, I am going to have to get my credit card company involved. Beware doing business with this company and if you do, double check the merchandise they send you.

I love my Plufl! My favorite part is that you can take the “legs” and clip them to the top of the pillow to make an adult size nursing pillow! Still trying to figure out the “pillow” part where you lay your head. There is a lot of fluff there, so my head sits higher than I’d like it, so slowly trying to spread the filling towards the “legs”
