very happy with customer service and their response time. delivery was quick and efficient. the bed seems very well made. the standard bed is just the right size for my 9 year old granddaughter. haven't given it to her yet, but i am sure it will be a hit! if i were to buy one for myself, i would get the XL to be able to stretch out completely.

As of right now I have not received the body pillows because I actually just ordered them. But I had to contact customer service because I had the wrong address in the shipping info. I dealt with Marthy and they were very very helpful, responsive and just overall made me feel assured that he had corrected the issue for me. I purchased 2 Hugl body pillows as Xmas presents. They shipped very quickly. I forgot all about the additional covers I purchased and it said they were delivered when I checked my tracking. I called them and explained that they were never shipped and they quickly shipped 2 covers to me. I can’t use the pillow for sleeping because it’s too high for my neck but I use it when I’m watching TV and I will catch a snooze on it here and there! They’re pretty big pillows!

I didn't recieve the items that I ordered, but they were great to work with and let me keep the mistake I was delivered. The correct item is now is transit and my new hugl is already helping me sleep through crazy storms rolling through!
