This is my second Hugl body pillow! Loved the first one and didn’t want to share it anymore. This pillow is so supportive in multiple positions!! The best part of this pillow is the different supportive positions you can twist it into. It can support you laying down or sitting up. I love to have it behind me while watching tv. And if you like to drape your leg over a pillow while you sleep, it is perfect for that.

I ordered on March 23 and the pillow was delivered March 26. 2 stars because the pillow really is great but I paid $163 because they offered a “free gift” throw blanket so I thought I’d try it. It is May 4 and i have not received this “free gift” despite several emails to the company. The response was “look closer in the box” then “we wanted to ensure we got you the pillow as quick as possible”…. Ummm again, I paid the high price because I was willing to pay that for the pillow and the throw!!! Don’t bother buying if you are thinking you are getting anything extra and just expect to get the pillow

Purchased the Hugi Cooling pillow, and it was so slippery on the sheets, it slipped out of the bed, and took me with it. At 81, it is too dangerous for me to use. They agreed to take it back, but I do not have the vacuum equipment to make it small so it is a big box. USPS refused it. UPS wanted $525.00, Fed-ex wanted $143.00. They refused to pick it up, and now ignore me. I am out $117.00 which is a lot of money to me.

This pillow is super comfortable! It stay cool all night. Conveniently convertible with great quality material. Definitely worth the money to improve your sleep.

I never received my order. And now they are refusing to do anything about it. I am in a hostage situation with my money. They do NOT answer emails in a timely manner. They dont care if you have received your order. And they dont care to return your money. I have been offered 90% of my money, with NOTHING to show for it. After emailing them over and over and over again. This is ridiculous. Complete waste of time & money!

They truly are a great company, the customer service is great and they are really respectful. The quality of the item is also very high and really does reflect in the price.

I have purchased two Plufl pillows. I absolutely love them. As a side sleeper who also gets hot during the night .. I was forever pulling covers on and off and trying to locate the pillow I used between my knees to support my hips/back, I know what you are thinking is it worth the money? 100%. Hands down. I bought the second one to keep at my son’s house when we visit. Hopefully he hasn’t stolen it by the next time we visit! Customer service has been excellent.

Never got my order despite having shipping insurance the company refused to refund, then said they would then weeks later when I never got my money they said they changed their mind. Awful customer service, fraud products.
