Awful service, poor pillow
I had the displeasure of ordering the Eco-Cloud Pillow from this company on May 1, 2026. The pillow cost $99 and it is not the pillow that appears to be a dog bed. It was simply a pillow with cooling technology. I did not receive the pillow for over three months, despite numerous complaints to the people running this company. At one point, they claimed that they were understocked. However, during this period, they sent me advertisements saying that they’re overstocked for the summer and there are sales now. This is dishonest, misleading and a very poor business model. Most importantly, to be blunt, the pillow is useless. It is quite firm but did nothing to cool itself. I have been searching for a quality cooling pillow ever since my first cooling pillow started to fail. Unfortunately, that company is out of business. I have yet to find a cooling pillow that works as well as the first one I had. Certainly, the Eco-Cloud Pillow is inadequate. So, I requested a refund. I was told there would be a restocking fee of $20 and that I would have to mail them the pillow within a month of receiving it. They never returned a call and never answered an email until that month was almost up. They offered for me to simply keep the pillow and they would refund a small amount of money. This would prevent me from spending money on shipping and the hassle of shipping. However, they missed the entire point. The pillow stinks. I don’t want another pillow that doesn’t do its job. Let the buyer beware. The refund process was difficult. It cost me $49 to ship the pillow back to Noah and Yuki. Add to that the $20 restocking fee They refunded $79 In all, it took five months to finish returning a pillow that I don’t want. Besides, effectively losing money over this, I lost time. This company continues to send me emails with offers such as this: "Okay, I’m not supposed to be sharing … but I saw this thread this morning and immediately thought of you. If you’ve been waiting to stock up on some awesome sleep products, do it before my co-founder finds out." This was sent while I was asking them to take back their awful pillow. The pillow is no good and the company should take the Carnegie course.
