PluflReviews of weareplufl.com

Such a great product, everyone fights over who gets to use the pillow and even better customer service! I highly recommend you support them!

I purchased 2 Hugl body pillows as Xmas presents. They shipped very quickly. I forgot all about the additional covers I purchased and it said they were delivered when I checked my tracking. I called them and explained that they were never shipped and they quickly shipped 2 covers to me. I can’t use the pillow for sleeping because it’s too high for my neck but I use it when I’m watching TV and I will catch a snooze on it here and there! They’re pretty big pillows!

I didn't recieve the items that I ordered, but they were great to work with and let me keep the mistake I was delivered. The correct item is now is transit and my new hugl is already helping me sleep through crazy storms rolling through!

i am in love with my Hugl from Plufl. Since getting it, I sleep more soundly since I’m not tossing and turning as much. The cooling feature is fantastic. I’m not waking up drenched in sweat anymore. Love this product and highly recommend it! The one frustrating thing was customer service. I had a coupon that wasn’t applied even though the amount showed it as being viable. I contacted customer service only to. e told the discount had been applied. the math didn’t add up but by then I had the Hugl and didn’t care.

The warehouse forgot to include the extra pillow cover in my package and when it arrived the tracking number said that the order was completed. So, I emailed Plufl's customer service and they corrected the mistake immediately by submitting the order again and even provided a new tracking number for the pillow cover that came a few days later. I am pregnant and the cooling noodle pillow has been fantastic during the hot summer while also being a space heater myself.

So I bought the Hugl pillow for my boyfriend’s birthday and we absolutely love it. Unfortunately the zipper on the cover separated after the second wash and we were pretty sad but after emailing customer service and sending some photos they shipped us a new one for free! Their responses were prompt and the interactions were overall very pleasant and helpful, and best of all pretty stress free. Very happy with this experience.

The product detail was very informative. Customer service responded in a timely manner. I am very happy with my order !

My first purchase was the dog pillow which was too big but very nice. I received a cooling blanket with that purchase and it was great. You do have to keep turning the blanket over but I’m okay with that. I loved the blanket so much I purchased a twin and king size cooling blanket. The king is nice however it’s too heavy to keep turning over and not a true king size. The dimensions are a little off. The twin was perfect!! I purchased the pillow as well. Not a fan of those as they don’t have enough cushion and they just slide of the bed with the pillowcase on. The pillowcase is not really a pillowcase it’s just a cover. I’m still waiting on my free eye masks a month later. I didn’t like how almost everything was shipped separately. I did reach out to customer service with some questions and they answered all however those eye masks would be nice right about now. I would purchase the blanket again for sure just not the big size one.
