Dishonest. They have not sent the promotional cooling blanket. I have sent numerous emails and they say they do not know when they will be able to send it as they are out of stock. It’s been 4 months and they continue to falsely promise the free blanket in their advertising. It’s too bad because I love the pillow but the company is engaging in deceitful advertising.

The part of my order that I have actually received, I love. The Hugl body pillow is very comfortable; a little more firm than expected, but still comfortable and has been great to help me sleep. Unfortunately, I am still waiting on my cooling Breeze blanket that was supposed to ship with my pillow. As I write this on August 12, 2026, I have contacted customer service once a month since May 7th to ask about the status of my order that was placed on April 4th. The rep Bryan was amazing the first time - very friendly, concerned, and professional. He assured me that my order was going through fulfillment and would ship soon. June 21st, I still had not received so much as a shipping confirmation, so I emailed Bryan to check in. He responded with a form letter about high order volume and shipping delays. Same thing on July 21, with an identical generic email. Sent another "Jsut checking in..." message today, so we'll see how it goes this time. Three stars because I do like what I got, but for the amount I paid, I feel like I should get the whole order, whether the missing item was "free" or not. UPDATE - I received and email from Bryan asking for pictures of what I received in my order. If that was typical, why was this not requested when I first emailed in May? Sent a photo of my (now worn and obviously used) pillow and another screenshot of my tracking information still "waiting on details."

I love Plufi - I love their products, and I love their customer service. I never thought I would be comfortable in a bed again, and then I purchased a Hugl Cooling Body Pillow. Seriously, I have never slept this well in years. Above and beyond that, however, is their customer service. Marthy has been amazing! I received a response to my problem immediately, and as we all know, that is not common in customer service these days. Not only that, but Marthy solved my issue, understanding my problem immediately without a lot of back and forth. Seriously, this is the company to purchase from! Their products are amazing, and they will help you when you need it and ensure that your problem is resolved.

I backed a kickstarter a few years ago for Plufl sheets, they were meant to be shipped a year ago, but didn’t hear anything. However, once I messaged customer service on instagram, the issue was resolved quite quickly and the sheets arrived within a week.

I love my Plufl pillow. It’s the best quality body pillow I’ve ever purchased. A little pricey but worth the money for the quality. The bamboo portion of the pillow is thick and well made. The thinner, head part is where I sweat most and I wish there was an option to be fully bamboo. The pillow itself is perfectly thick for myself and I’d it’s too much, you can adjust the stuffing inside. Overall, very satisfied with the pillow! My order was kinda messy and took a while to get my free blanket. Once Marthy got ahold of me, they were right on top of it. I very much appreciate the wonderful customer service. Things can get messy in retail, I understand. It’s how they respond under that pressure that is the real test. They succeeded very well. My free cooling blanket is a great couch addition for the hot summers. Will definitely order from them again

ZERO STARS!!! SCAM!!! Nothing they sell keeps you cold or even cool. Customer Service is not responsive unless they take the time to tell you NO!!!! Promise to refund (IF you get that response at all) but you never get the refund, NEVER GET THE REFUND!!!! Are you reading this? DO NOT BUY and DO NOT EVEN LOOK at their website.
