PluflReviews of weareplufl.com

My first purchase was the dog pillow which was too big but very nice. I received a cooling blanket with that purchase and it was great. You do have to keep turning the blanket over but I’m okay with that. I loved the blanket so much I purchased a twin and king size cooling blanket. The king is nice however it’s too heavy to keep turning over and not a true king size. The dimensions are a little off. The twin was perfect!! I purchased the pillow as well. Not a fan of those as they don’t have enough cushion and they just slide of the bed with the pillowcase on. The pillowcase is not really a pillowcase it’s just a cover. I’m still waiting on my free eye masks a month later. I didn’t like how almost everything was shipped separately. I did reach out to customer service with some questions and they answered all however those eye masks would be nice right about now. I would purchase the blanket again for sure just not the big size one.

I am really enjoying my purchase. I initially thought that it wasn’t worth the price but it continues to impress me how comfortable I am sleeping now. The customer support was also very fast to respond to my questions and I appreciate that.

I backed a kickstarter a few years ago for Plufl sheets, they were meant to be shipped a year ago, but didn’t hear anything. However, once I messaged customer service on instagram, the issue was resolved quite quickly and the sheets arrived within a week.

I love my Plufl pillow. It’s the best quality body pillow I’ve ever purchased. A little pricey but worth the money for the quality. The bamboo portion of the pillow is thick and well made. The thinner, head part is where I sweat most and I wish there was an option to be fully bamboo. The pillow itself is perfectly thick for myself and I’d it’s too much, you can adjust the stuffing inside. Overall, very satisfied with the pillow! My order was kinda messy and took a while to get my free blanket. Once Marthy got ahold of me, they were right on top of it. I very much appreciate the wonderful customer service. Things can get messy in retail, I understand. It’s how they respond under that pressure that is the real test. They succeeded very well. My free cooling blanket is a great couch addition for the hot summers. Will definitely order from them again

They have a great selection and they are very helpful and quick to respond if you have any problems with your order!

As many have already said, GETTING the order can take a good while. But once it did arrive, in my own experience, the quality exceeded my expectations. I've slept so much better ever since. To put more detail, it turns out I'd ordered mine just after they ran out of stock. But after reaching out after the expected shipping date, they got in touch and made things right. Even offered a partial refund on top of expediting the order to make up for lost time. In short, you can -and probably should- expect it to take a while longer than the listed time it says to arrive, but the quality is worth it.

A friend of mine had a plufl and I fell in love with it and decided to grab one for myself. When my product hadn't shipped I got A response back immediately when I submitted a request for an update. Something I don't get often these days so I was surprised how quick and easy it was for me to talk to you an agent. They've been helpful and kind throughout the process!

Although my customer experience started rocky, the company (in particular, Noah, the president) reached out to me to make things right. I expressed my opinions about what could be improved, and I believe he heard and respected them. A cool blanket (it is literally cold, which is huge for someone like me who runs hot) came with the pillow. I love it so much, I purchased another one, queen size this time. Young companies can learn and grow. I'm now a fan.
