Do not buy from this online store. I bought an external hard drive and after waiting for many days I was notified that because of Brexit there is a delay and they do not know when they will send my order. This is totally unacceptable. I have have requested a refund but I had no response.. I cannot believe that they are still doing business while they cannot let their customers know when they will dispatch the order... Avoid this store..

I ordered a hard drive, which arrived corrupted and unusable. Tried emailing them through their support page, was ignored. Finally managed to get in touch via phone, during which once they looked at my account they were like "ohhh you've sent us emails!" Got a returns label emailed to me to return the item, but Western digital have refused to accept the delivery from UPS, UPS have said there's nothing else they can do as the paperwork is all square on their end, and now the phone line for Western digital won't call out the call just cuts off. I've sent them more emails but undoubtedly these will just be ignored and western digital intend to keep the money they have received from me for a product which does not work and which they refuse to take off UPS. Do not buy from this company, they are completely dishonest.

Order a new hard drive which was due for delivery on Monday. It is now Friday and the shipment has not arrived and is currently in the Netherlands. No communication from the seller. I've had to make three phone calls to find out what is happening and so far the company has not been able to explain what has happened or why they did not bother contact me. I have now made three requests for a refund which has not been forthcoming. If you read the reviews on this site you will see this is a problem other people have had with this company.

Western Digital great method to rip you off, if you bought one of their hard drives you'll eventually lose all of your information and then they will try to recommend you use one of their 3rd party referral sources to pay; ridiculous amounts of money, to get your valuable information back, and theyll keep trying to express to you that you should be willing to pay any amount to get something back that has a significant value to you.

Ordered a hard drive from the UK online site, after 2 weeks I still hadn't received it. Checked where it was via tracking (UPS) and apart from saying it was out for delivery it never turned up. Emailed WD & UPS, no response, tried to contact and all that was there was a phone or chat bot with standard useless information and no answers. Finally UPS found it but instead of delivering it they sent it back to WD... Emailed WD (UK) but they tell me they can't help as it's a different company or division (Netherlands distribution centre) and I would need to refuse delivery if I wanted a refund as they can't cancel an order, but it's never been delivered...! WD have my money/hard drive and I'm losing patience, got a different hard drive via Amazon the day after ordering. Western Digital... never again.

All I have had from western digital is your case has been escalated since 2 and half months . Twice UPS collected for returns and both times returned back to me as they can't handle too many parcels to return. Both companies useless. All I want is my refund but no luck. I have explained to WD that my husband is in hospital with heart issues and its too much for me to keep calling every week. But don't care about their customers.

I had my warranty honoured and approved by WD. They sent me my RMA instructions and I followed everything completely. They sent me a message saying they received my defective product and that my replacement would be sent out. They are liars. They first say there is an issue with my address. There is none. They then refuse to assess my concerns in chat on on a phone call. This company is full of frauds. Buy anything else.

Wenn man mit minus Sternen bewerten könnte, bekäme dieses Unternehmen 10 Minus Sterne für Arroganz, Nicht vorhandenen Kundenservice, zwingen von langjährigen Kunden in teure third Part Produkte und absolute Unfähigkeit innovative Produkte zu schaffen. Kunden sind dem Unternehmen lästig und Verbesserungsvorschläge werden in der Schublade gelegt. Ich hoffe das sich das rächen wird und WD vom Markt verschwindet.
