The staff has always offered outstanding customer service. However they ship items slower than any company I've ever dealt with. Items are often left out of order as well.

I purchased a dial soap dispenser and 12 refills. However it turned out that the soap dispenser was manual, not hands free. Attempts to contact the company failed. I have almost $200 worth of useless product.

I was unable to get non-taxable info from the web site, but when I got it by phone during business hours, they were able to refund the sales tax.

I've purchased several items from them but have never been able to get the tax returned even after following the steps indicated on their website. Only compliant I have with them.

The bowls are considerably smaller than I visualized but of great quality and look lovely on the table. The price is high but I think they are worth it though the delivery was extremely slow.
