Justin Grosso, our technician was professional, respectful and very knowledgable. You company needs more people like him. We would give him 5 stars. However your customer service is not good.

From our initial contact with Kent and even after the installation, he was very professional and compassionate regarding getting a stairlift for us. Though our older house presented some challenges, Kent--and Leaf Home--made sure everything was 100% accurately installed, operating correctly, and safe to use. The stairlift has many safety features. Kent explained the product yet was not a high-pressure salesperson. He had our safety as the #1 priority. We now consider him a friend and would set a place at our dinner table for him any time! On a scale of 0-5, Kent gets a 6! Installer, Bill, was meticulous during the 3-hour install & cleaned up afterward. He demonstrated the lift's operation to us. JOB WELL DONE! Kent followed up with us a few weeks after installation to see how the unit was working for us, or did we have any questions. Konz, Columbia, TN

My chair was installed without issue in July. The initial salesman was very knowledgeable. Installation was scheduled 4 days after I signed the paperwork. No problems with the installation and the installer had the chair up and running in about 6 hours. The problem arises when something breaks....your after sales service is terrible. My chair stopped working evening of 16 September. I called the Customer Service number on 17 and 18 September and was assured the service team would contact me. On 18 September, customer service told me I would be contacted by end of day on the 18th. It is now 24 September and I have yet to be contacted by the service department. This is a horrible way to treat customers who spent an outrageous amount of money for your product. UPDATE: I was finally contacted by a service rep on the afternoon of 25 September. There was no resolution to my chair problem as the chair started working again on 19 September. Never did figure out what the issue was…the chair did not move since the initial failure on 15 September.

The installer was great. Our main displeasure comes from not being kept informed of timelines. From the first expected install date (that was a no-show by the install team) to the completed install (which happened 1 1/2 months later) we were constantly leaving messages and asking for updates. The product is great but the lack of correspondence is horrible. This is a great option, if you are not in a time crunch.

I am looking for stair lift companies to install immediately. The number I was called from this morning left this message and evidently closes at 4:30pm. This is exactly who you are letting inside your home when you choose Leaf Hone Stairlift: "What do you need something and you don't have the money? Hey, so if you saw this Max and you continue to both your children on social media, immediate blogs side, eye, as f***, I think you're a weirdo. If you don't know, all those red markers identify an IP address. That's an engagement you scan or sharing child sexual materials, and this is the number of them. Um, okay, okay. Go, go, go, go, go, go!"

Terrible customer service! I have asked for the warranty on the stairlift that my Dad overpaid for. Buyer beware! You buy it and you pay for financing that is literally taking full advantage of elders. Run from this company. They are centrally based in Ohio. No store or showroom that we could find in our area or anywhere.

Grossly overpriced priced. Then they do the call the manager to drop the price scam. And it's still over priced. Real sleazy tactics... Their competitors are cheaper and have better reviews. If you want to over spend, then go with Leaf.

Product seems to work smoothly. I bought two. A short one with a folding rail used often and a long one used seldom. The long one had the batteries go dead after a month or two and it took them about three weeks to come out and fix it. They tightened everything down. and had me run it and all was fine. Then they tightened everything down on the short one. Did not try. Found chair tilted after serviceman left. They won't come out to fix it. They ignore me.
