Exactly what I needed at a rock bottom $
After a thorough search I found Wasserstrom to have the best pricing inclusive of shipping & handling. I recommend Wasserstrom.

Stainless Carafe ....Best price around
I purchased this carafe after previously getting hooked on a Nissan thermos. It's not breakable, and keeps things hot for hours. Wasserstrom had a good product, a good pice, and shipped quickly.

Wasserstrom NEVER disappoints!
Over the years, whenever I needed something for my home or for a large event, I go to Wasserstrom. Their quality is excellent; I can shop either in store or on-line; pick up my order or have it shipped ... and they offer a great warranty. Best place I know to shop for kitchen and household needs!

I received what I ordered and it was exactly what I wanted
Wasserstrom offered a very reasonable price for a set of wine glasses that had to be of a certain size to fit into a fixed cabinet. Ordering was easy, but shipping seems to have taken a rather long time, well beyond the projected ship date when I ordered. Everything arrived well packaged and I am very happy with the result.

My items arrived with pieces broken
I ordered plastered. They took several weeks to arrive. They were packaged poorly and two of the platters were broken. I asked for them to be replaced. They would not replace just 2.. I would have had to send al 24 back and they would have sent me 24 new ones...it was rediculous...I now have 22 platters when I wanted 24.....

It is our policy to refund or replace broken and damaged product. I am sorry you were told differently and your issue was not resolved. We will be sending you a new case of platters at no charge. We know this will be more than what you ordered but it is more important to us that you have 24 platters. Thanks for your order and let us know if there is anything else we can do.
