If they don't have it, you don't need it!
Overall I am very pleased with Wasserstrom's products and service. You can actually speak to a live human being. The only suggestion I have is that delivery times for products coming straight from a supplier be more accurate.

Still waiting on order with no update
I have not heard from the company about my order.

Some of the products in our online catalog come from the manufacturer and we do our best to communicate the amount of time it will take to arrive at our distribution centers and ship. Based on the delivery times on our website, your order should have shipped on 7/9/14 but actually shipped on 7/16/14. Slow
Ordered a coffee pot lid for swim team and assumed it would get here quickly. There were no tracking opportunities and I ordered it on 6/22 and it arrived on 7/15. I called after 10 days and the lady on the phone could care less, said lid comes from a different company and it's not in warehouse. When it gets there she would be happy to charge me $48 for overnight an $8 coffee pot lid. No thank you. Running concessions, we ordered Panera coffee for the meet that cost us $40 because we could not use coffee pot. Not pleased with service.

Wasserstrom is a great company with an amazing selection.
I was incredibly happy to find the items that I needed, and at a good price. It was understandable that some of them were on backorder, but Wasserstrom was good about communicating, and made sure that I knew exactly when my items were shipping. Overall, I'm very pleased with my experiences with them.

Good stuff at reasonable prices
I had been trying to buy sliced green olives and a friend who works in food service gave me the Wasserstrom web site. I got in and quickly found they had no food items. However, they did have a good beef skinning knife that I had been wanting to replace one my wife had mistakenly thrown away. I ordered that and then looked at clearance items and bought a few more items. All but the boning knife arrived quickly and it still arrived in a reasonable time. I found the web site easy to navigate and was able to make decisions quickly. First Rate!

Thank you for taking the time to respond to our survey. Did you mean "one can is missing a lid"? I see that you purchased 7 bullet style waste cans and if 1 is missing a lid we will be more than happy to replace it.
