The items I purchased are of good quility and I can not beat the price anywhere. I even purchased brand name items and am looking forward to the savings.

When I placed my order, it was out of stock..I dealt with Megan Hill, who I will say was very, kind,courteous...She went out of her way to find out when it would be back in stock...We kept in touch through the process until I received my order..Because of that reason, I will definitely be doing more business with you in the future..It's nice to see that there are still companies left where people are courteous and actually know what they're doing...It's been a pleasure!!

well, "good price. easy and fast"

These folks quoted me a price on some items, accepted the order, then after a week said they couldn't get the quantity I ordered. They could only get 36 of the items, not the dozen I wanted and ordered. Very disappointing.

I ordered two dozen white coffee mugs. Not only did they come right away, but there was not a single broken one in the bunch! Thank you! I would order again in a minute!

Overall bad experience. It took a month to get some plastic caps. There was no communication about my order, it came in 2 shipments, 2 weeks apart. If I could rate them a 0 I would've choosen that!!!

I have used Wasserstrom many times for my restaurant. They almost always have what I am looking for, but not always at the best price. They carry our dinnerware, and I stock up in the spring before Mother's Day every year. Mid-April of this year I ordered 4 different pieces. Some of it arrived within a few weeks, and some took a few months, and none of it arrived in time for Mother's Day. My original order confirmation gave me ship dates, some of which were met by the shippers, some not. And not once did I receive a customer service email addressing this. The last bit of my order dribbled in around the first of July. Communication for me is key, and I do not think this is where Wasserstrom excels. However, when I have breakage, I email a picture of the broken pieces to customer service and I have a credit within days. That is a big plus! So that is why I give a mixed review.

Pro: Easy to navigate site, information shared in a comprehensive way and great selection. Con: item was delayed twice and no automatic update was provided. I contacted customer service and it seemed that the process they had to follow to check with a third party took one or two days to update me to the latest arrival estimate. I'll continue to shop at Wasserstrom but will keep in mind that estimated shipping dates are not necessarily reliable. Thank you
