Great beer glasses, but half of them arrived broken
The glasses are perfect, but the shipping process clearly needs work. I can't believe that UPS left the half crushed box with obvious broken glass sounds on our doorstep. The amount of packing material vs. weight of the shipment seems to have been miscalculated significantly.

Anytime you receive damaged product, Wasserstrom will issue credit to your order or replace it at no charge. You just need to contact our customer service team and they will be more than happy to help. We show you ordered one case of item 400401, tall beer glass, which has 24 glasses to the case. Since you said half of the glasses arrived damaged, we have issued credit for half the case which you should see on your credit card statement in a couple of days. We are sorry if this has caused any inconvenience and let us know if there is anything else we can do.

Ordered Sale items, didn't ship
I ordered several items from the "Closeout" section. They would not ship the small items to me in Hawaii via a USPS Flat Rate Box.. Thus I drop shipped the items to my nephew in Oregon for him to send them on to me in a Flat Rate Box. I added on some regular priced items we didn't really need just to 'fill up' the box. After one of two shipments were received by my nephew, Wasseratrom said "Clearance Items" I had ordered were in limited supply and they drastically reduced my order. Thus I wasted my shipping because they failed to disclose they did not actually have in stock what they claimed. I will not order from them again as they are either deceptive or can't run a website.

unorganized
I ordered 2 different sizes of tongs and 2 of the same showed up. I'm a chef and wanted variety.

Did you place another order for a different tong? I don't see 2 different tongs on this order. If Wasserstrom made a mistake with your order we are more than happy to correct it. took too long to come in
My package took over 2 weeks to come in. Other than that everything was fine. Speed up the time it takes from the order being placed to the order leaving the warehouse and it would be much better.
