After 4 years of using my bag nearly everyday, for everything, from work to travel, a zipper died. I contacted the support and after 1 day I received a promo code for a completely free new wandrd bag. When they say it is lifetime warranty, they are not lying ! Amazing customer service

I have used my Wandrd PRVKE 31L since 2018, it has been a great purchased. The bag is tough and reliable and recently the zipper broke, I was pretty bummed out about it and wanted to fix it so I email the Wandrd people and they were great about it, they told me how to claim the Warranty and now I got a brand new bag! Thank you so much! I totally recommend this brand, specially if you are in the video or photography world.

I am a frequent user of wandrd products. Had accidently damaged an inflatable camera case. After a simple procedure I was able to obtain a new one in replacement of the broken one. A very efficient after sale support. As always a great company.

This is a VERY SERIOUS COMPANY with a great customer service. I bought one of their bags 3 years ago and it got deteriorated due to issues with the material, well, I sent a claim (Cause all their products got LIFETIME WARRANTY) and guess what, they sent me a code in order to get a brand new bag. Köpte en väska som gick sönder efter 5e kortare resan. Wandrd tyckte jag skulle vara stolt över att den gick sönder istället för att ta in och laga den: "Here at WANDRD we love seeing your bags get used and seeing them get scuffed up! Every single scratch and every scuff from wear and tear is a story of an adventure, so keep getting out there and using it! We look at normal wear and tear like battle scars, so wear it with pride!" Med andra ord, vi tycker det är helt ok om våra väskor går sönder. Vi kommer inte laga dem utan tycker att våra kunder skall ha söndriga väskor som inte går att använda. Jag trodde faktiskt att detta var väskan jag skulle ha för många år framöver men nu är den oanvändbar efter 5 kortare resor. Slutligen vet jag inte vad som var värst, att väskan gick sönder eller svaret jag fick vid reklamation. Välj ngt annat det kommer göra dig lyckligare ute i världen!
