You have a high quality product, and it arrived quickly. I took the measurements you asked for to get my chocolate lab a front leg splint. The splint came to us not quite big enough, the swelling from her broken bones wasn't accounted for in the measurements, so I couldn't use the splint, it was too tight. After a couple of days I got the splint to fit, and she chewed it off the first night.

Very well run outfit providing a product that gives our 4 legged family members the mobility assistance they require after injury and illness. Unfortunately my big girl Georgia had cancer damage in her leg that was beyond repair and we had to make the impossible decision and say goodbye to her. Jena was so understanding and helped me process the return of the brace my Georgia never got the opportunity to wear. She was very compassionate and kind to make that happen without any hassle and I appreciate when a company offers that level of personal assistance to their customers. They have certainly earned my future business.

neither of the boots/splint fit my dog . the foot would not sit in the area. it's upsetting that the company is charging me $15 to restock when the design, unfortunately, doesn't fit his foot.

The sizing guide was correct and the handle harness fits our Dalmatian well. The handle has already been helpful lifting our boy to the sofa or bed. We removed the 2 angled clips, one each side, that look like they attach to another adaptive apparatus. We will keep this harness on day and night for stability help and so far it seems comfortable for him without chafing.

Amazing customer service that actually cares. My dog was attacked and we thought she would need the wheelchair. Dog made a miracle recovery I offered to pay shipping to send the wheelchair back and they would not take it they insisted that they paid the shipping and we're happy about the dog
