I recently purchased the Warrior Harness. The item arrived quickly and as described. The harness has also proven to be a major upgrade to the standard harness that came with the original wheelchair with noticeable improvements in function and comfortability for my dog.

We've purchased the calendar the last few years. Unfortunately I think it got lost in the mail this year as it hasn't arrived after being shipped nearly a month ago. 4 stars because it's really not Walkin' Pets fault, but I'm apprehensive to order another one and have it also get lost in the USPS void.

Well made halo. It works for my pug. I had to “break” the glue on the areas where the harness attaches so it laid flatter and didn’t dig into my dog’s shoulders. That’s why four instead of five stars.

2/1/2024: I apologize for the update but I would like to say that I am beyond appreciative of the calendar I received. It is a good size, includes lovely photos of pets, and has a lot of informative dates to remember. I use the calendar at my work desk and I’ve received a lot of compliments. Throughout my day I enjoy looking over the photos and appreciating the attention to details in making this calendar. I am happy to support Walkin’ Pets and thank them for the phenomenal customer service. I was given not only one but two calendars. It was not necessary but I still am grateful for it and gave the second to boyfriend for his office. Once again, thank you! **I received a response today, 12/4, and appreciate that. I want to clarify my review at this time is not to expedite the order as I understand the holidays are increasingly a busier season of the year. My concern is primarily not having an update on the order for nearly 3 weeks. Once again, I appreciate the response by the team and will review the product once received. I am looking forward to showing my colleagues at the office my 2024 calendar and hope to increase positive awareness for pets with disabilities. 11/5/2023: I haven’t received the product but concerned I might not..? I placed an order for the 2024 calendar on 11/8. No tracking update since 11/13 stating the status as: In transit to next facility. I understand this is a busy time of year and won’t be arriving right away after the order date. I am concerned that there hasn’t been an update nearly 3 weeks now. Thank you!

The unit looks sturdy .I have no engineering genes and putting it together required concentration and time. I think I have it all but the leg straps. In one picture (Without dog) it looks as if the straps go straight beside the leg holders. In the picture with the grey dog it looks as if the black straps cross over the backbone. When I try to do that then the leg holders get messed up !!

The folks at Walkin' Pets have always been responsive & helpful with my questions. Sasha's wheelchair is solid.

Never received item, never heard from company. Money not refunded at this time yet.
