Had never used Walkin’ Pets before - but I guarantee you I will in the future. The website is super easy, their communication through the shipping process was exceptional and the delivery was crazy fast. And the best part? Our little girl Lulu LOVES her new wheelchair! Thanks Walkin’ Pets!!!

Shipping was very fast. We needed the wheelchair cart for PT to assist our dog who is recovering from a herniated disc. Ordered it on a Wednesday and had it on Saturday. Wonderful! BTW - Dabhi is healing nicely and the adjustability of the leg heights is helping with her recovery. :)

I ordered a front harness for my wheelchair. It is good quality but it did not come with the clips to hook to a wheelchair. I clicked option yes for using it with a chair. I had to take clips off my old harness and attach it to the new one. The harness is confusing to adjust. I went by measurements and it’s too big, so I’m trying to tighten it. Last time I had to deal with customer service was not ideal so I chose to try to fix this myself. I may have to return. Even though last time I did not get refunded on a return because it was deemed dirty.

Helpful products that work well for keeping my dog active despite her double hip displasia.
