over all great experience! received our chair in a timely matter, seems pretty sturdy and well built! I would only suggest maybe better communication. We never received an email that our item was being shipped so we never received a tracking number or anything so I would be concerned of contacting too many times back to back trying to figure things out. very very greatful for our wheels!!

The company was very compassionate and responsive when I reached out to return their product. Unfortunately, my 4 legged friend passed before I received the product. They offered options to ease the return process and were very easy to work with. If I ever need this product in the future, they will be the first company I buy from! Thank you!

They did not send a crucial part of the wheelchair making it useless. When I let them know Monday they said they are doing an annual inventory and cannot ship anything until the end of the week. This is not a toaster it's a wheelchair. I am not sure they understand this concept. Horrible customer service. The apology was they were sorry I didn't receive the part. The apology should have read WE are sorry for screwing up the order and that we will make it right ASAP because you spent $300 on a dog wheelchair you must need this. FYI still haven't heard from them, and yes it's been a week. Got the part 10 days after notifying them it was missing and the below apology. Aside from the above experience the unit is excellent. My dog loves it. He's walking around in the snow again and enjoying it.

My Buster has been battling ivdd for years, and this time around we decided to get Walkin Wheels. We did try another brand- years ago for buster, but he stood in it like a statue- and hated it. I must say- with very little coaxing we got Buster walking in his new wheels, and even running within minutes! I believe the advice given in the pamphlet worked wonders! (Have your dog present while putting the wheel chair together, and have many treated on hand!) Shipping was fast and packaged very well. Instructions included were very helpful, the pictures even more so! The wheelchair is well made and the small size fits our 11 pound mini dachshund just right with some adjusting. It was fairly easy to put together, but it did take some time and some tweaking to get the cart just right! The added purchase of the belly strap- to better support our Buster was a game changer. I highly recommend! Buster seems to love his new wheels, and seems so happy to be able to move around with more ease.
