Absolutely the best company to work with. I had previously purchased a harness set that would help us get him into his quad wheelchair. That harness was much too large, even though I measured and counted in his weight. Because of his muscle deterioration, it was still too big around. The rep I spoke to (I am embarrassed I now cannot remember her name) was so helpful in explaining about the new harness and making sure it would fit. Although It is still a little bit too loose, it is helpful in getting Ari into his wheelchair.

Our french bulldog has no use of his back legs. He gets around great but this bag helps him not get raw spots from dragging and it fits perfect and never falls off

The wheelchair itself has been great so I wanted to give 5 stars to make sure there was no misunderstanding with what I am about to say. The installation was not the best but doable. The bottom red strap adjustment on the harness had to be manually sewn together to stop slipping out. The wheel did tighten up a few times while my pup was flying down the road and it made her stop so we could loosen the barring. Besides those very minor inconveniences, the product itself is great and I would recommend. Also, I was pleasantly surprised to find a larger back piece to extend the width of the chair for the thicker pups (which was needed in our case). The ability to really mold it to our girl has been wonderful.

I bought a band to help my elderly dog with her wheelchair. However before the band arrived or even told it had shipped my dog died. I asked Walkin’ Pets to not send the band however they claim it had been sent and will give me a discount on the return label. Still waiting on the refund, hopefully this transaction will go as smoothly as it seems.
