Accidentally ordered the blue frame instead of pink. I called the day after I placed the order and the team got my order changed over to the pink quickly and got it shipped out! Thank you for that and for getting my girl back on her feet! It took her all of about an hour before she figured out how it worked!

The wheel chair is great. However, ordering was relatively confusing and I ended up ordering the wrong size strut and wheels. When I went to exchange it, they made me reorder, pay a restocking fee and took the shipping total off of my "return" total. This all in cost me about $140 dollars more on an already expensive cost to take care of my pet. The lady on the phone was not very pleasant either. A simple exchange at no cost plus shipping should be the only thing they charge for. A restocking fee on an item that was NOT used is ridiculous.

ppl here are very much service oriented, making walkinpets one of the better companies I have encountered. I was assisted by Debbie who was patient and willing to help to get the best result.

My poodle is 16 years old but still loves to go for a run every day. Then she tore the ACL in her hind leg. Too old for surgery and not able to run anymore she was depressed and not eating well. Then she got her Walking' Wheels and we're off to the races again! It only took her about 10 minutes to figure it out. I use one stirrup to hold up the bad leg so she can't reinjure it which took a little getting used to but now she doesn't mind. Be aware that assembly and adjustment is very challenging. It took 2 days and multiple tries to get it right, but it was worth it. Getting her in and out is a breeze once it's set up correctly. I'm really happy with the purchase.

My 17yr old Yorkie could not get around anymore without help. Bought the mini 2 wheel chair and front attachment and both are working great! He's able to walk around on his own and go for walks again!

My boy Otis is a mini dachshund. He is only 6 and has been using his wheelchair for half his life. I recently replaced his harness and was super happy that it now comes with removable padding. 😊. We go to parks that have creeks and he gets in the water in his wheels, he loves the water. Great addition to the harness, the pads dry quickly and don't rub on his chest.

Danielle was not only professional, but patient and compassionate with us when we I took my girl Gracie went to have a consult at the Amherst, NH facility. She listened to my concerns about Gracie, where we were in the process in maintaining quality of life in her senior years. Gracie had medical as well as mobility issues that we were dealing with; thyroid problems and being treated for Cushings Disease. Danielle, assisted in putting together the equipment for Gracie's size and mobility needs; we were very hopeful at the time in giving Gracie the chance to keep mobile. Unfortunately, due to the progression of her disease, Gracie was not able to use the Walkin' Pet's equipment for very long before she passed away. We will forever be grateful to Danielle for giving us hope to be able to help Gracie keep in motion. Even in that short window of time, her kindness and compassion towards Gracie during our visit was wonderful. Thank you, Danielle !!! Please note: I had no problem with returning the equipment for a refund as it was gently used. I would recommend this business to anyone that is seeking a loving way, a solution to keep their four legged angels happily in motion.
