Our Chihuahua is only 7 pounds so it’s pretty big for her. But she does walk with it.

Ordered a wheel chair for my 10 year old German shepherd. She ended up having to be put down 4 days after I ordered the chair so she never got the chance to use it. It was so kind of them to give me a full refund. We have 3 other large dogs. If I need I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

I was looking for options to help my mother’s Golden Retriever after a recent diagnosis for a leg injury. The customer service rep was very supportive and assisted with all my questions. Told me they would email the instructions and I got it right away. Still deciding next steps but was so impressed with their help and really appreciate the time they took to explain everything. Can tell how much they love what they do, and really wanted to praise their service.

My corgi is doing very well in it! She is her usual indignant self but is trotting right along in her wheelchair. The hardest part was calibrating everything in terms of length, height, etc. The manual provided is for the regular wheelchair which it even states isn't going to be accurate for corgis. Eventually I just asked the vet and they had it all set up in no time. Even if you have it dialed in I would highly recommend having your vet take a look anyway to make sure its set up correctly, you can never be too sure! After the setup process it was super easy getting her in and out and she's been scooting along since!

Amazing Customer Support We hesitantly purchased a wheelchair for our senior dog who lost the use of her hind legs due to DM. We had our doubts that our dog would enjoy using them. After a couple of short trials she loved the renewed activity. Unfortunately after only a month the wheelchair was stolen. We were heartbroken to not be able to go for our walks and reached out to Walkin' Pets. I left a voice message and sent an email Sunday as soon as we discovered the wheelchair was missing and thought it would take several days to get a replacement shipped. To follow up I called Customer Service the moment they opened Monday morning (8AM). They answered on the second ring and shockingly were already in the process of getting the shipment ready. They even expedited the shipment from the free FedEx Ground. Bottom Line: The wheelchair is incredibly well Designed and Built. But even more impressive is the level of Customer Support. They appear to care deeply about actually helping their customers and their pets.

What a wonderful experience I had speaking with Autumn. We received our cart and found the harness we ordered was too small. I informed Autumn of the issue and she impressively found an immediate solution. Thank you for the phenomenal customer service!

Prior to purchase, your on-line videos did a great job helping me understand the benefits of the Walking Wheels, how to train my dog to use it and how to measure her to get the right size. The testimonials and the excellent number of videos were helpful. Your product was easy to assemble with the use of the manual and the excellent on line videos. It was easy to train my Border Collie how to use the product and readily accept using it. She is so happy being able to take her longer walks and doesn't tire as easily and seems back to her old self while walking outside. We are so happy to be able to do this for her and grateful that your product has added a better quality of life for her.

I love these bags. The only thing is that they are pretty expensive. I have a dog that needs to have the bag changed every 2 or 3 months and it can get expensive.
