Sammy has been in wheels for over a year since he was a puppy. WalkinPets has helped me the past year in adjusting his wheels as he grew. They have great customer service and will provide the best support for your pet should your pet need wheels or other assisted devices.

The wheelchair was very easy to put together thanks to the videos available on walkinpets' website. It took a little adjusting to exactly fit our dog's body size. Our dog took to it right away and was going for a walk the first day. Neighbors and friends have been amazed at how well he walks in it. They say he even looks happier and is less hunchbacked. It has made it extremely easy for him to do his bodily functions outside without falling over.
Response from WalkinpetsJun 18, 2024

It's heartwarming to know that your neighbors and friends have noticed the positive changes too. Your experience helps spread awareness and can inspire others.

When we received our shipment it was missing the wheels & struts! I contacted the company, and since I had originally paid for expedited shipping, I asked that the missing items be shipped overnight. Unfortunately, it took 3 days before they arrived. Also, the mechanics of attaching the dog are a bit difficult especially for senior citizens like us. Once we got it on our dog, she LOVED it!
Response from WalkinpetsJun 18, 2024
Joyce, Thank you for sharing your experience. We're delighted to hear that your dog loves the wheelchair! We sincerely apologize for the initial inconvenience with the missing parts and the delay in shipping. We understand how frustrating that must have been. We appreciate your patience and your feedback on the attachment process. If there's anything more we can do to enhance your experience, please don't hesitate to let us know. We're here to support you and your furry friend. We are so happy to see your dog enjoying the wheelchair and living their best life!
