Our pug Beans has the wheels and pink camo harness and it helps her so much. The wheels are easy to fit and lightweight.

So far as Handicapped Pets they were so so. FEDEX completely dropped the ball. I paid OVER $300.00 to have the quad shipped overnight. I ordered it on Wednesday. Paid the money. A very nice lady assured me it would ship the next day. It did. I followed the progress of the order and then first thing Friday there was a delay at Fedex in Pineville NC. It never showed Friday. On Saturday the tracking was showing the package had arrived in Indianapolis. YES Indianapolis!! I called fedex and as I expected they were useless. On Sunday it showed the package had arrived back in Pineville. fedex was still useless. On Monday it showed on delivery vehicle for delivery. I called Handicap Pets and talked with a young man who stated he understood my problem but had to talk to a supervisor and someone would call me back. Now the reason for 2 stars. I never got a call back. I refused the shipment and threw it back in Handicap Pets lap. We'll see how it turns out.

Seems well constructed and comfortable for her, and fits well for the most part. Does not allow enough clearance in the back for my female dog to urinate in either configuration. Very disappointed as I was hoping to use this for assisting with potty breaks as her neuropathy progresses.

Hi Pamela, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience with the product you ordered. Each harness features two different cutouts to accommodate either male or female dogs, you can try to rotate the harness to whichever one is most comfortable for your pet.

The boots that are supposed to provide traction made walking more difficult for my dog. I have reached out to find out how to return them but no one will contact me.

Every staff Member is very kind and utmost helpful. I am still not finished adapting Mia's Wheelchair completely because I first ordered the rear wheelchair Mini B2 Model before I ordered the front attachment and the Mini Belly support. And Mia being a still growing cat does not make things easier :)) I can highly recommend their products and the staff who will help with adapting the wheelchair so it will fit perfectly. Although it might be a bit of a journey like in Mia's case.
