So far so good. We have a 16-year-old female pug, Maggie, who has been battling neuropathy in her rear legs. It started out with just her right rear leg but recently she lost most of the use of both rear legs. The wheelchair was a challenge to put together, but I think we eventually got it. Our trial run with her was a pretty good success. Can't wait to continue with it. I think she will be running soon!

We received the small dog cart less than a week after ordering. It is well made and sturdy. Any questions I had were addressed in the instructions or on the web site. I appreciated the email I received requesting photos from various vantage angles. It was reassuring to know the wheelchair was fitted to my girl correctly. Jillian (the rep who reached out to us) even asked for a short video to see if she could determine why the dog is only knuckling when in the cart. I would highly recommend this item.

The return policy is a total rip-off. I got charged for $46.54 for some reason, wasn't damaged or dirty. Never got response to my question about it. If a mistake was made just say that, mistakes happen. But if this their mode of operation taking advantage of pet lovers who would try anything for a better life for their loved ones is reprehensible.
