I love the products and customer service. They really care about the quality of life for your pet. We bought a wheel chair for our puppy and based on the measurements and breed they reached out to make sure it was the right product for our pet. Now he has the ability to run around the yard with our other dogs. Thank You.

Walkin' Pets wheelchair has been a life saver for Homer. He is a large Bull Mastiff, 11 years old. He lost use of his hip and leg due to a sarcoma 2 years ago. He hobbled around fairly well on 3 legs for a while, but when the other hip started to fail we fortunately found Walkin' Pets wheelchair. It has helped him so much. He is stronger, happier and loves to go on walks again. Truly a life saver. We are very grateful!

We tried two different rear support harness from other manufacturers- ordered they Amazon. As we were not happy with them we ordered the rear support harness from Walk-in Pets Handicaped Pets. It works well and is comfortable for our dog. The extra padding helps. We also ordered the booties which prevents injury from dragging her rear legs if we don’t hold her high enough. The items came in a timely manner and were competitively priced. JJM

Fast shipping. Good design. I have to put in on my elderly dog for short periods of time until he gets use to it. He definitely stands and walks better with it on.

Excellent costumer service! I made the measurements wrong on my pup and ordered the wrong size. I called the number provided with the product and was helped out quickly and thoroughly by Stephen! He not only helped me get the right size order but also showed me a different brace that would work better for my dogs condition!! Definitely the best place to get your pets needs met!

Hi, am actually pretty pleased with the product. Works as advertised. Put a smile on my dog's face as well as ours!! Thank you. Now for the flip side. I would guess most of the time these carts are somewhat "temporary". They are VERY expense and I would l like to see you do a buy-back program, refurbish and sell used at a lower price. Also, even tho it works well, I think you could build a better 'mouse-trap'. Maybe used recycle bicycle parts/material. Carbon fiber? Orb wheels? Maybe a mesh like rear leg hind saddle? Round off the rear bar corners? But again, not disappointed with the product. Thanks for making it!!

Plastic clips for the rear legs support harness break very easily. Also, the push tabs to adjust the height/width are extremely difficult to push in - doesn't work as smoothly as it should.
