This wheelchair changed my dogs life. She can walk around again and smell things like she used to do. It took her a while to get used to it, just standing there😂 but she got it. My girl is the most important thing to us. Nothing is too much. I also spoke to the information line and they couldn’t have been more wonderful. They even called me back to make sure I was getting the right size. All around a wonderful experience!!

Hi, This is Shane Borja, back on March 7th I contacted Stephen Katsigianis of Walkin' Pets and he asked me to send a picture of the unused diapers I have for my pup, so I sent him the picture. We got the chair for our chocolate lab Cortez who had sudden paralysis of his back legs due to FCE. The chair is sturdy and lightweight at the same time. Cortez zooms around in it and it gives him the ability to move around again. It seems comfortable and it is wearing well. We are very happy with it!

I payed delivery and they charged me 120 dollars more when the chair arrived.

Hi Jose, thank you for your feedback. It does look like you are international. It is important to remember that many countries charge taxes, duties, and import fees. The customer is responsible for these fees. We do send out an email to our international customers prior to shipping their order so they know what to expect upon delivery.

Delivery was quick but customer service is a zero. When you call you get a recording asking for your contact info. I left both my phone number and email address but received no response. My second call mentioned this but again no answer. I figured it out on assembly and the video on YouTube helped but the "enclosed" DVD wasn't enclosed.

We have had our wheelchair for close to 4 years. We use it 5-6 days a week. Extremely durable and well built. Our medium size pitbull loves it. Their customer service has always been very pleasant to deal with. Couldnt ask for a better experience.
