Every time I have called I have spoken with someone who is understanding and wanting to help me find the right size for my girl. Plus my girl has gained back quite abit of her independence having her wheels!

My Great Dane is 10&1/2 years old and his back legs were giving out on him. Although he’s showed me no signs of slowing down except for not being able to walk Much which broke my heart. So we had to at least give the wheelchair which we call his wheels,lol a try. It’s given him a whole new lease on life almost as if he’s a whole new dog. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who’s thinking about it. Before the wheelchair we were going to acupuncture and laser every week and we are now back to every other week since the wheels are making him less sore and not so out of wack with his back. He’s also on less medicine. One of the vets even told me on the side that he’s glad that I decided to get the wheelchair, it’s made such a difference!

We got one through Amazon and it didn't come with the hooks to hook it to the wheelchair. We sent it back but you said we didn't send all the parts back. After a long time you let us reorder one. It took forever to get here and the metal hook is broken. We gave up and are now without a working harness. Your customer service is not helpful.

Walkin' Pets makes solid, well thought out rehab equipment. My dog had a spinal injury and Walkin' Pets was our one-stop shop from wheelchairs and parts, to paw/leg splints. They had all the things we needed for our dog to have a better quality of life as well as equipment for dog physical therapy. As our dog makes progress with walking, we're looking forward to having Walkin' Pets provide the necessary tools our dog will need.

My XL dog gets cysts between his digits and often needs to wear booties to protect his feet. The front fit into regular large booties but his very prominent carpal pads in the back make it impossible to keep them on. I saw the higher booties sold here and purchased them. Problem solved!

Our quad wheelchair has been a gamechanger for our disabled potbelly pig. I run a sanctuary for Special Needs and Hospice pigs. Two of our residents are mobility challenged. Genesis hasn't walked in nearly 3 years due to a prior injury. She laid on her side unable to even sit up for two and a half years prior to rescue. Thanks to her wheelchair we can provide her physical therapy and strengthening. She will never walk independently again so we needed a chair that was sturdy and would last. It is perfect for her and has helped give her a quality of life she hasn't had in a long time. She is not wheeling around quite yet but we know she will. Thank you for such quality products that honestly are life-changing for mobility challenged pets.
