The custom lil back brace I ordered was a great fit. It was unfortunate that the smallest size normally available didn’t fit my little Chihuahua. I’m glad that the option to get a custom one was available as well as the pay in 4 installments. It arrived sooner than I expected and fits great!

Emily loves her wheels! My only concern is with the materials some of the components are made of. The piece the holds the "saddle" together separated quite soon after we started using the wheelchair. I sew, so it was easy for me to reconstruct the piece. I recommend purchasing one of the other harnesses, we replaced the original with the "Warrior" one. Hopefully she will get many happy years out of her wheelchair.

Update: dropped to 1 star. I talked with customer service about my return and never did they tell me there would be a ridiculous restocking fee!!! $89.80!!!! Wow!!! That is an insane restocking fee on top of the Almost $40 to return this thing. Here's the breakdown of your refund for this item: Item Refund: $499.00 Item Tax Refund: $34.80 Item Promotion Deduction*: ($50.00) ****Restocking Fee Refund Deduction: ($89.80) *** They sent me photos of an extremely damaged cart, paint missing and so much to tell me why they charged me almost $90! I call bull crap, it was not damaged when i sent I back, i used it inside our house for literaly 5 minutes then took it apart and packaged it right back up and I feel TAKEN! They won't reply back to amazon customer service and are making me feel like I am a liar and that frustrates me a ton as I am am honest person in this world. Horrible horrible experience. Amazon ending up refunding me the ridiculous $90 resrocking fee and I didn't even bother sending back the over priced belly band in fear of them just taking all of my money and refunding me nothing for a cleaning fee and I still am paying the shipping cost. So Shame on me for trusting this company. We measured our 14 1/2 year old dog and ordered. I am a seamstress so I know how to take measurements. The first was WAY HUGE and even when i measured the device it was larger than the measurements of the one I ordered so misshipped or something? no where on the box does it state its size other than large. Amazon had it sent back and the next size down sent, seemed able to adjust slightly smaller. The push buttons to adjust the size kept pushing all the way in the tube and took HOURS to keep fixing it, had to get tools and fish the pin out of the inside of the tube over and over. I cut my hand and fingers up trying to get this thing together. That was on the first one, when the 2nd one showed up I was prepared and finally when we got it together, I was scared if i needed to make adjustments as the pin would fall into the tube again and have to pull the whole tube out, fix the pin and start over again and again. So that is a bad design flaw as both carts had this issue. It still didn't fit or work for our dog. I followed all the directions, watched videos to a T and It actually severely Injured his hips and he could hardly move for over a week and we hought that it messed him up so much that was it for him and we were ready to take him to the vet and put him down..he slowly improved but it damaged him. It took me a while to save up the money for this and dont know if earlier in his life if it would have work and not injured him? It never left the house and I packaged it back up and the return shipping is $30! Customer service was not great and condescending and had zero solutions or options for us other than they give me a ups label as almost the same cost as the ups retail store and deduct it from my return. Money is very tight and I took extra jobs to afford this and to send it back and be out more money is just crazy for the price as I need to use that money for a dog stroller or other solutions for his life. Huge shipping cost so if you arent sure just dont even order it or bother with it as you will just be out time and money. For what it is I say it is very over priced and feel it could be much more affordable but I guess dog parents will pay so put the price high. My husand was a bit upset at the cost to quality balance when it arrived. So sick of feeling taken advantage of as a dog parent. I went to their website and bought the belly band which when it arrived I could have sewn him one for pennies, in 5 minutes and it cost almost $50 and now guess what? Yup I get to pay return shipping also on that. There are both facts and feelings in this review. Good luck senior or injured dog parents I hope it works for you and you feel the cost is worth it. I WISH I NEVER BOUGHT THIS ITEM and had to deal with this company! No empathy.

Refused to accept a return on a $100 item. As a result, I refuse to order anything else from you.

It is too big for my dog after asking numerous questions about the sizing. I have made numerous calls and have yet to receive any response.

The wheel chair is great for my senior boy! However the boots we got from you wore right threw to his paws and caused him some cuts! But the wheelchair is amazing
