Wasn’t very helpful after being sent the same parts twice that didn’t work. Said I had an old chair and you guys don’t support it anymore and tried to get me to buy a brand new chair. The First Lady I spoke to was helpful. The Second Lady had a very poor attitude. I am hopeful that I don’t have to use your company again in the future. It’s hard enough having a sick dog and you desperately trying to assist them. It’s another thinking your calling a company that understands and has compassion for you and empathy for your dogs needs only to end up feeling like the company doesn’t really care after all. I heard good things about the company from my dogs vet but my experience with them didn’t match up to the great things I had heard.

Tiffany, we are sorry that our group was unable to assist in this matter. Walkin' Pets is very proud of our community and love the fact that our customers pass along their chairs to others pet companions in need. Over the years, we have made some adjustments to the chairs in order to make them more sturdy. In this case, you had an older frame that we are no longer able to support. Your broken part in question no longer matches up to what we manufacture. Without the specific knowledge of the age of that frame, we did not realize that the ordered replacement part would not fit that older frame. We have an option of Certified Pre-Owned chairs that we offer at a lower price. Our mission is to support pets and their human companions in any way that we may. Once again, we apologize that we are unable to support the request for that chair.

Not liking the return policy. I am stuck with about a $100 item which is beyond the return date. The item arrived while I was out of town for a month and is not a good fit for my dog.

Delivery was so quick! Service great! We bought a medium harness and is small sizing so a really tight fit, we are hoping it stretches out. Otherwise everything is top quality.
