It was like she knew what was going on when we tried putting her in it for the first time, there was no fighting us, we adjusted it to fit her size, put her on the ground and off she went. She goes to the dog park and runs and plays, mainly bosses others around...she's the "fun police" I recommend this product to anyone that has a special furry baby that needs some help getting around. Again, I wish I would have purchased the wheelchair sooner. So easy to use for the owner and the dog. I haven't seen her this happy in a long time.

Isabelle is a 12 year old Boxer with spinal degeneration and over the last year lost the ability to go on walks and enjoy her time outdoors. The wheelchair came when it was supposed to and after watching the set up video several times and rewinding it, i got the chair set up, but the front strap was not properly sewn on and therefore it does not stay in the clip like it is supposed to. i ended up having to use a safety pin to hold it in place and bc I am afraid the pin could open on my dog's neck, i am reluctant to use it. unfortunately, this might be a situation of you get what you paid for. If the strap was useable, this would be a 4-5 star review.
