Very competent and helpful team, always friendly and always trying to be there to help. Completely happy with the service, many thanks again to everyone and definitely keep up the good work

The product is awesome and the customer service is amazing- very helpful with any questions that I had, gave lots of tips and suggestions to make sure the wheels I purchased for my dog fit and functioned properly

My vet recommended another company to purchase a back leg wheel chair for Koda. When I went online I saw immediately the clean design of Walkin Pets and requested some more information. That was over two years ago. Since then I have purchased other handicap equipment from them. Sometimes I didn't get the size right, etc., returns are no problem and they are so friendly and helpful. I see I can buy worn parts, like new wheels, straps, etc. but it's been over two years and everything is still in great shape. I cannot recommend this company enough! Amazing design and quality on all their equipment!

Great device. Although the wheel size calculated for our dog was too small, it was easy to order the larger sized wheels. Email support was very helpful as well. We originally had the 4” wheels and decided to go up one size, which was helpful with the terrain in our back yard. There was a concern that the larger wheels would be too big and tall in the back end, but it’s exactly what was needed. Walking pets extended the mobility of our beloved Buzz.

Outstanding quality built product that has offered months of fun walking that we wouldn’t have had without these wheels. Easy to put on, and it shifts as our pup needed. We started with both back legs free, and have just recently put one leg into a boot stirrup. Literally took him about 10 seconds to figure out how to roll with it, and then, bam, he rolled down the trail for our 3 mile walk. At 14.5, our German Wirehair Pointer continues to amaze us with his energy and will to be alive and experiencing the world. We would have made the tough decision to put him down without this…..thank you!

Quick and good service

Called in our order because we wanted to make sure we got it right. Wonderful people helped us through the measuring and order process, answering all our questions very patiently. Wheels fit our dog perfectly and he is once again mobile and happy. Great company, great service. Highly recommend!

Excellent products and pro-active customer service. They reached out with questions about sizing and dimensions before just blindly fulfilling the order....and thankfully, as I would have ordered the wrong size!
