thank you for helping my dog move again

I submitted two attempts to return product and never got a return invoice either time. I was very optimistic with all the returns info that came with the item. Item itself worked wel for the one very brief time I got to use it for my declining dog. Disappointed in the return attempts.

Received promptly but heartbreaking we lost our beautiful doberman Starr to wobblers within weeks of receiving. We donated it to an orphanage that does rehabilitation for rescue pets.

My sweet fur baby could not adapt to her wheelchair like the dogs that are seen in the videos. I was devastated because I thought for sure she would. The vet said the pets in the videos are special and trained. My fur baby tried but she couldn’t do it. Her condition progressed and she was euthanized. I believe that how the product is portrayed is misleading. But, I may just be angry and grieving for my precious fur baby.
