Ninja is doing so well with his wheelchair, He is going out for 1.25 to 1.75 miles daily and he is averaging 32-34 minutes a mile. He looks forward to going on his walks. We also found his front paws do a better job of protecting his front feet with wearing dog socks and his walk is faster and more comfortable. His appetite is improved and he gets excited when it’s time for his walks. He wants to go everyday and we just limit him to 1.50 to 1.75 miles a day in the chair. So happy the chair has improved his excitement and effort in getting out and socializing with people and other dogs

We finally were able to afford this extremely expensive wheelchair for my beloved dog. We paid, and waited. It arrived in 12 days (not 4 to 6 as advertised). We ordered LARGE. We received MEDIUM. Half an hour on hold hearing an intrusive message about debilitated pets, and finally a customer service rep responded. I explained the situation. She wanted photographs of the labels of Medium sized wheelchair. I kept asking if the metal chair was labeled itself & perhaps the paper labels were wrong. She ignored my questions, gave lame excuses for the flaws in their service & never provided me the number to text photos to. I asked to speak to someone else. Yes, I was upset. She hung up on me. All day I have emailed & texted and still not had this issue resolved. I assume I have to ship this back and wait how long for the right size. Sadly, my dog does not have however long to wait. I carry him around like a wiggling 65 pound suitcase to go potty many times a day. Simple responsive customer service would have been helpful. Correct product would have been helpful. Timely shipping would have been helpful. Buyer be warned.

My dog cannot use the wheels. I spike to customer service about problems with the snap on attachments and the buckles. I was offered a harness...it was too big, so I returned it and was docked money for whatever reason...then I was offered new straps and buckle attachments...they do not work. They come undone and my boy falls on his face. I am done with this. I will donate the cart for a dog who only needs the back leg support. Thank you anyway.

My experience with my product was okay - not great. I placed my order for a four-wheeled walker for my English Mastiff. This was recommended by my dog's physical therapist. My dog experienced limited mobility due to her loading doses of seizure medications and the Physical therapy doctor was working closely with the Neurologist to get my dog up and moving again. I had ordered this item in advance of a physical therapy appointment for my dog so that at PT they could help us with it as she was 150 pounds. Unfortunately, the company had only sent the front half. After calling and informing, they requested that I take photos of the device (I wonder if they may get a lot of people report that they do not get what they received?) I took apart all the pieces and sent those photos through along with photos of the box label. I had ordered the item on January 16th in hopes to get it by my PT appointment on February 1st. The front half made it in time, but obviously could not use it as anticipated. I had to send multiple messages back and forth to get this straightened out. The company was apologetic and sent the second half through with expedited shipping, but it came a day too late to use. Unfortunately, my baby girl passed away, very unexpectantly, the day prior to receiving the item. The Vet and therapist was not expecting this outcome with her. We were never able to use the product. My family was devastated by this loss as we had gone through so much with our dog in the preceding month. We were so looking forward to using this device - me personally. I loved giving my Mastiff full body hugs. I know when I had a bad day at work, I could come home and wrap my arms around her belly while she was standing. I was so looking forward to giving her a hug again she was up in her four wheeled walker, but was never able to. The back half of the walker remains unopend, still in our front entrance as we do not know what to do with it now.

My 14 1/2 year old girl (dog) damaged her leg somehow and has trouble walking. We bought the brace that goes from her foot to her hoch. She now runs like she was a puppy. I wish we could slow her down a bit, not very easy to do, but the brace did wonders for her!

I contacted Walkin' pets regarding two wheel chairs for two rescued paralyzed animals. I had trouble taking the correct measurements for their customized wheelchairs, their legs and body structure made it difficult. The people of Walkin' chairs help me all the way, from obtaining the correct measurements to the correct assemblage and use of the wheel chairs. I was a happy experience for Aspen (shot cat in the spine) and Anteur (abused Chihuahua), and me.
