Bought the wheelchair in pink for my mom's 10 year old boxer. Best purchase ever!!! She gets to enjoy some time out in the sun now, chasing after birds and cats like she loved doing before she became handicapped. Absolutely great purchase. Cant wait till they come out with a wheelchair that allows them to sit or lay down!! It's absolutely great and worth every penny!

Your products have been extremely helpful to my 13-year-old boxer, Bailey, who has degenerative myelopathy. He is so happy to be able to get in his cart and walk around on his own, eat and drink independently, etc. THANK YOU for making all of this possible for him again!

I believe the product is well made, however my 80lb GSD has never liked it, and largely refuses to use it. The specialists at my therapy center put this off mainly to it wobbling. We have put screws in to stiffen the unit, however for me the failure is in the harnesses. Simply put the harness are not well laid out for use without the wheelchair, (we bought a very nice harness from another brand used by our therapy center; however, this is not compatible with the chair. I feel the harness we purchased 3 sets in all from Walkin' Pets are really best for small dogs, not large dogs who have lost the use of their back legs. The flimsy straps don't really help. It took trial and error which our dog did not enjoy, but more how to video's would be useful vs marketing material. Over all I think it's a good unit, just didn't work for us.

I needed new knuckles for my dogs wheels. After receiving them I found they would not fit the unit due to a design change. I sent a number of pictures and spoke to a customer rep. Nobody has gotten back to me about a solution to the problem. When I contacted the company the second time I got the excuse of a small company being over stressed from all the incoming work and that the rep. I originally spoke to was not working that day. I jury rigged the old knuckles so that they work. I'm sending back the knuckles that don't fit.

Not doing so well. I have consulted, made adjustments, sent before and after pictures…My dog is too short for the wheels that came with the corgi WC. I still get push back when I try to order others. I’m frustrated and so is my poor dog. Secondly, the”hardware” they use is terrible. Things that are supposed to tighten and stay in place slide off. Things that need to be quickly adjusted have to be dismantled before you can lengthen or shorten them. I have horses. We use many similar plastic buckles etc. on blankets. I have a suggestion: Stop buying from the lowest bidder! Get quality buckles that work. PLEASE! My poor dog is stuck in uncomfortable positions while I work feverishly to make things fit and work properly on the wheelchair. Neither of us are happy.
