I ordered 2 booties. Because of the severity of my dogs front legs curviture, the bootie that I tried would not fit. It needed more straps to hold his legs in place. He walked right out of it. I tried to use it 2 or 3 times the day I got the shoes. I called letting you know the problem and returned the booties. After they were sent I saw where I was only getting half my money back for supposedly severely damaging the one bottie. I did not damage the bootie I simply kept one sheet of foam rubber as I had cut the foam to fit the bootie so I needed to pay for that sheet of foam. Not $50. for one bottie. I was going to check on a wheel chair for the front of my dog, but as is, I don't want anything further to do with this company.

This I hope will add many more years to our pets well being, we haven't fully tried this outside just inside and it has made a world of difference. Thank you for your service

The wheelchair was built very well even though my dog never got a chance to use it. Walkin' Pets was very understanding and gave us a refund no questions asked. I would definitely recommend buying from them if you need an item to help your pet get around. Thank you.

I haven't been able to use the wheelchair because it arrived without a piece of equipment that is needed. I called about this but still haven't received a response

Wheelchair is built very well ,I like that the wheel struts taper out so my dog doesn't run over her paws as she is not paralyzed an still has some use of her hind legs. My only complaint and reason for only 4 stars is because you have to buy the better more comfortable rear harness separately which is another $60.00 . For the price of the chair I feel they could do away with the leg straps and just give the harness instead,however this is just my opinion.

We ordered one of your wheelchairs for our 12 year old pup who had injured himself and had no feeling in his back legs. Unfortunately before we could use it..he passed away unexpectedly. You kindly and quickly refunded the amount paid…minus shipping. Thank you

A great selection of items for handicapped and injured pets. Everything ships quickly and the customer service is excellent. My only comment would be that the items require modification if you have a thin, large dog. I have a slender German shepherd who is quite tall and I find that I have to make modifications to the items to work for her.
