Easy ordering and prompt processing on the internet! I usually like to talk to someone on the phone to place an order, but your line is ALWAYS busy!! I am normally caller number three, but today I was called number seven! I couldn't ask anyone the questions I had, so I did as much searching online as I could. I hope I got the correct item...

Walkin' Pets is a fantastic company! No complaints! The products are well made and include good directions, especially because it's complicated to fit a dog to a wheelchair. They are very friendly and helpful over the phone if a different size is needed and exchanges easy to do within the appropriate time limit.

Thank you so much! Our pup Kensi benefits from the wheelchair greatly. It not only provides her physical support but also lifts her spirit. She can go and walk in the park with mom and dad, with a big smile on her face! the chair works well with her physique, adjusts and goes on and off her easily. Kensi is a German Shepherd, has hip dysplasia, we were skeptical bout how well the chair fit her, it turned out it is a breeze to get it fitted! We will recommend the wheelchair to any customer with 5 stars! Thanks again, Mark, Kay and Kensi

Dealing with my 16 year old shepherd mix and degenerative myelopathy. Thank goodness there are companies like walkin' pets. Best regards.

Extremely hard to figure out how to put it on and no direction on the U shaped pad how to put that on/in. I thought there was a pocked on the inside of the hip pad to put it in but no pocket. Our baby took it out for a spin and he did great, we weren't sure if it was going to work right it seems kind of cheap. He seems to be doing good with it.

Oliver had spinal surgery to correct the rupture of a disc. The hospital provided him with a "sling" figure "8" support for his back end, but he would just stand there with it in place. The nylon web support I bought is great - the first time I put it on him, he started off walking and he's making great progress!
