I have never had so much trouble buying a product on line... First:: The website would not accept my order...I called the customer service number for eternal hold... A CSR from the website chat offered to call me to complete my order.. Which she did very pleasantly... As I had a Toy Pomeranian with no use of her back legs I approved and paid for 2 day Fed Ex Shipping..In anticipation of arrival on Wednesday I checked the tracking only to find my shipment in Ohio...At which point I contacted Walkin Pets, who then credited the additional shipping to my account... I DIDN'T WANT SHIPPING COSTS... I WANTED THE WHEELS FOR THE DOG...Tat is why I paid for 2 day..I finally had to pick the shipment up from Fed Ex on Friday evening...And that was an entirely different problem... Never Again..

I ordered my wheelchair got it in pretty good time but a clip was broken on it had to wait till Monday to call costumer service the person I talked to was great got me a new clip right away!!

Although the item I ordered wasn't the size I needed for my dog, the customer service people were amazing at helping me with ordering the correct size and getting the new item shipped out quickly.

It took me 4 days of calling before I could speak to someone. I left three messages and no one returned my calls. One day I sat on hold for over an hour, I was next in line and it turned 6:00 and they hung up on me. You're lucky you sell a product that isn't easily accessible or else I am sure alot of people would go elsewhere.
