great customer service!

The service was fast and as promised. The product looked terrific. We did end up returning as our little dog had a wonderful turn of events regarding his front leg amputation- it became a partial with a pad repositioned to cushion his stump. We decided we were no longer in need of the harness but it was wonderfully constructed and have no doubt we would be using had his prognosis turned out differently.

Great customer service. The part I ordered was back ordered and they upgraded me to something similar no extra cost.

Sadly, didnt fit at all. Im going to try the next size up (although i picked the original size based on both careful measurements and a long discussion with customer service.). My dogs leg is to thick in diameter to fit in the “U” around the leg. (Not one of the measurements requested) I was shocked that “your policy” is the charge shipping for an exchange. I’m afraid the next size up will be to tall… If it is Ill have to pay shipping yet again!

Worked seamlessly with our vet to ensure the right product and it was shipped very quickly to allow us to make our prescheduled fitting appointment. Thanks!
