Excellent customer service. I really like the product, I still need to put my dog in it. I'm a bit intimidated, looked at a few videos online about how to load my pup into the thing. I'll be able to try it out this weekend with my dog.

Everything fine. One main issue: I really struggled with a very simple step - pushing the metal buttons down far enough so the rod would adjust to the right length. My hands are tiny so I was frustrated it was so hard to operate such a simple mechanism. When I used a tool to depress the button, the button would jam (get out of alignment with the hole and not pop back up). I then had to remove the rod entirely, get the button re-aligned and start over. Maybe the tolerances are not what they should be. Happy my dog doesn't resist it. Though on 2nd week on using it he tipped over and looked like an upside down turtle. Really appreciated the videos.

Walkin Pets has good products to assist our 4-legged family members with handicaps. We've ordered two products - wheel chair and scooter bag. He adapted to the wheel chair very well and and keeps on truckin, but he's not crazy about the scooter bag. He likes to scoot around without it. We may have to return it.
