Products are good quality but you need more customer service. I waited 30 minutes on the phone.

My basset is small so we used the walking wheels designed for the Corgi. My vet helped to adjust it with ease. Charlotte was not interested in walking around the house using the Walkin Wheels so we took her to the park. At the park there were smells and interests that motivated her to walk in her new walkin' wheels it was a miracle to see her walk again. If your pet wont use the wheels, try taking them to the park with level even ground and hopefully the interests they find at the park will help motivate them to take their first few steps. After that it is a breeze. the product is so well make, with design and materials, i highly recommend to all. Good luck

Recently purchased an walk-in-wheels cart for my 14 YO Bassett Hound who was experiencing rear leg issues resulting from a spine injury. Upon initial opening,I was impressed by the material used and ease with which I thought assembly would be. While the assembly went relatively easy I managed to do it up side down. With a quick call to customer service Morgan was most helpful and we were fully operational with excellent assistance /video support. This cart has given my buddy Jake the movement he was missing on a daily basis to experience a complete life! This cart has saved his back along with mine! P.S. on a recent trip to his vet he was very impressed by his acceptance and use along with the design.

The products are well-made and have helped me/my dog immensely. The customer service is the best I've ever experienced. Thank you for helping to make our dog's life better! We use the walking wheelchair multiple times a day as well as a lifting strap.

Ordered a cart for our Corgi. Very easy process, product shipped and arrived quickly. The cart was easy to set up and our Corgi quickly became used to it. He is much happier having his mobility back.

The extender that came in the box wad already broken. Currently trying to find a way to fix it. The quality is sub par, the whole thing shakes. Definitely not worth the $500. It's not even made in the US, it's from China.

I don't appreciate having to pack and ship this back at my expense. Most companies will give you a shipping label to return items. And on top of that, this long list of things that better not happen or you won't get your money back.

We ordered an extra large harness for our disabled German Shepherd. It came with zero instructions. After we figured out how to use it, we saw that it would be very difficult to get it on and off him. It was on him for less than 2 minutes. I promptly and thoroughly cleaned it, and applied for a refund. They sent the return packing slip with my understanding that they would deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund. What they refunded on a very expensive harness was 58.00. When asked why, they said it was because the harness smelled of urine. Interestingly, the dog never urinated on it. Our vet had recommended them to us for a dog wheel chair, but we will find one elsewhere as this company could care less about the pet or the pet parent.
