While you shipped it out with good speed, I have yet to receive my order. It will be 2 weeks after the order was placed before I receive the wheelchair. I feel you should advise customers that you free shipping is via slow boat to China. I would have gladly paid extra had I known it would take 2 weeks to get the wheelchair. I'll rate the wheelchair when I receive it.

I was excited to get this for my dog. Generally happy with it. Had 1 issue where one of the wheel's lug nut tightened and it wasn't turning. My dog was bucking and going backwards, I couldn't figure it out. Finally did, but now my dog is afraid of the chair, so back to square one, slowly re introducing, but the wheels shouldn't tighten or loosen on their own . The wheels came pre assembled.

Very difficult to place the dog in wheelchair by one person. The rubber straps have rubbed against my dogs skin and caused redness and swelling in under side. When my dog turns her head, she hits the metal sides holding her up. Sigh…. Not a good match for us!
