They where very helpful and made sure my dog got the correct wheelchair for her weight and height. The package arrived quickly, once the wheelchair came in the mail. I set up an appointment with a lady to help me set it up correctly with my dog using it on facetime and it was very appreciated.

Sadly this cart just didn’t work for my corgi. The harness it comes with was completely restrictive to her front legs which still work fine. The cart was awkward and very imbalanced. The upgraded harness wasn’t suggested on our FaceTime when help from Megan to fit it occurred. Megan was wonderful otherwise. The buttons to change sizing are horrible and pop off repeatedly. When I called back to inquire about upgraded harness and ordered it online.. it arrived and wasn’t compatible with the cart!! Ultimately I called about all my issues and returned everything. Three strike rule for me!! I will say they were very understanding and I was refunded very quickly. They retained the return shipping fee and a small restocking fee which was very fair.

Excellent equipment for my dog who is 14 1/2 years old, Maltese. I got the model B2. Call them for help to set up, it is easier. Thank you Liliane

You can't keep the gate on when your outside because you need to push a button and turn it to open it. So if you leave the gate on you will get locked outside
